The owners of Prime Plumbing and Water have backgrounds in other plumbing firms (names withheld) and noticed a recurring issue... focusing on profit at any expense. This approach negatively impacted both employees and customers. We understood that the focus on profit over people determined employee wages, often costing customers more. Thus, we chose to start our own business. In doing so, we could regard our customers as people rather than just revenue sources. We are proud of our staff and the standard of our services.
