Having worked for other plumbing businesses (which we’ll leave unnamed), the owners of Prime Plumbing and Water recognized a common problem... the relentless pursuit of profit. This mentality affected employees and customers alike. We saw that selfishness and greed influenced how employees were paid, which frequently resulted in increased costs for clients.
