Whew! An honest plumber. Had an annoying drip on an exterior line that was really making a mess of things. James was able to work with my schedule and come out the next day. He not only fixed it, but the repair itself looks spectacular. I keep going outside to look at it because it is just so darn pretty. James was awesome. Communicated how far away he was, and when he arrived got to work right away and explained what he was doing through the whole process. I think they may have actually been closed for the evening and he still reached out to see if I needed them to come out at night. We had a main sewer line collapse on us on Sunday and Rocky and his team are absolutely incredible; they called us immediately, came out and got our situation fixed within 24 hours! They also did some additional due diligence and found an additional place where the sewer line is just about to go (tons of cracks and partial collapse) and they fixed that right away as well!

In addition, they fixed another problem in my kitchen's drain while they were finishing up the main sewer line and gave us a discount for it! They even re-did the landscaping after doing all the digging and made things even better than they found it!

Very fair pricing, incredible service and skill - I would highly recommend them for whatever plumbing needs you have!

PS: they also brought flowers and chocolate for my very pregant and expecting wife!! What an amazing person and company!!

5 star review all the way on this business ! You can tell James and Rocky care for what they do and customers as well. First I'd like to point out communication was above satisfaction because not only did they respond quick through yelp messages but they went a step above and gave me a phone call. Throughout the phone call Rocky was very patient explaining options when it came to cost, labor and such. I appreciate that so much because many businesses I've spoke with especially over the phone were all short , bland and feel like they want to nickel & dime you for everything just cause they can. Prime Pipe Solutions worked around my schedule and made it happen! Both James and Rocky work was professional, clean and even cleaned up as if nothing happened. I must say it's hard to find good people with a great business with great quality and for that Prime Pipe Solutions has my 100% support. Thank you guys again!

Rocky came out and fixed my issues today. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned up after he was done which was extraordinarily nice of him.
I've already given my neighbors his number in case they need any service done.
The price was great especially compared to other companies I talked to.
I never write reviews but for this company and Rocky, I am happy to.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! We've worked with Rocky for years, and he and James go above and beyond. Most recently, we had an unexpected plumbing emergency on a Sunday, and they were incredibly responsive--arriving exactly when they said they would.
