I had a great experience with Prime Pipe Plumbing & Rooter Services. The technician was honest and took the time to inspect my bathtub to make sure there were no leaks or water damage. Thankfully, no issues were found--and they didn't charge me anything for the visit! Really appreciated the integrity and professionalism. I'll definitely be calling them again if I ever need plumbing help in the future.

My technician was excellent. He communicated well and showed up on time after a small delay. This time he worked on irrigation but last time he installed a new bathroom faucet, he was quick and knowledgeable. I do suggest this company and will call him out again when I have a chance. And I live in Mission Viejo but he said he drives out to Palm Springs.

This company was quick to respond and came out to assess our water flow problem and immediately was able to diagnose what needed to be done. He also provided reasons for the slow water and what other good maintenance service he can do but he didn't push any service on us or add any extra fees. I would use and recommend this company.

Amen is the gold standard I use to measure any one who comes out to my house. He is always polite and very responsive. We have used him a couple of times for various plumbing needs around our old house, so when we told by other vendors that our water pressure was dangerously high I confirmed with a pressure meter and could not adjust the pressure via the regulator. Sent Amen a text asking if he thought my regulator was bad. He quickly responded asking follow up questions to diagnose the issue. The next day he rearranged his schedule and was at my house and now I have water pressure that is safer for my pipes and appliances.
