I made the mistake to hire & trust Dave with our 3 bathroom & kitchen home remodel based on these reviews which no one should trust anymore. He never finished the job after an entire year we still have no finished plumbing after paying him over 5k. We had to live with no shower and toilet for months ends because he would not return months out and always said he come and then not show up. We were very very patient (over a year) and kind to him since we trusted him & he lost our trust.

Throughout the process he made many mistakes that caused water leaks from water systems & parts HE recommended us, then he blame the parts. There is only so many parts you can blame it on. His work caused water damages to our home, damages to our new kitchen cabinets, ceiling, drywall, bathroom cabinets, he had the carpenter install twice because of him not installing the pipes to the sink measurements correctly, damages to new marble tiles having to be ripped out twice in our 2 showers due to him not measuring rough in valves correctly, a broken toilet seat & a none functioning toilet he installed, and never returned to fix, drywall repairs that he ripped up out because of not installing ptraps to our 3 sinks correctly, a tub installed far from the wall he didn't measure correctly and never returned to finish & more issues that I can go on to list basically the entire job. He also never payed any of the extensive cost to fix everything. And worst he promised us he fix it and now is a no show. We are very saddened by his unprofessionalism & not taking accountability like he promised us he would. I would not recommend nor ever trust him and stay far away from his business.

I had a copper pipe that starting leaking. Dave came out super fast, found the issue and replaced it within a short time after calling. I would highly recommend you call Dave before a going with a big company. Super responsive and excellent rates that were very fair. Couldn't say enough good things about Prime-time! Thanks Dave!

All I can say is wow!
We called Prime Line Plumbing for a leak upstairs that we couldn't quite figure out the location. Dave came out and located the source and completed the job the same day! Dave the owner is very professional, honest and a down to earth guy. Prime Line Plumbing did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. We will definitely call them back for all our future plumbing needs. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable trustworthy plumber!

OMG, Dave is amazing he is a life saver, I had been wanting a dishwasher since forever, finally my husband goes to home depot gets the one I wanted YAY! but then lets home depot dupe him into the installation and they come and they are not even plumbers turns out we needed some modifications because our old one was really really really old , and Dave came out very professional, was on time, took care of the floors with those little things they were on their feet, The price was very reasonable . Now I have my go-to plumber. Thanks Prime-Line , I needed the help we have a huge family and washing dishes is normally so time consuming and I am a realtor so my time is very scarce. Way to go call them today
