My name is Frank Noto, and I own Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC. As a third-generation utility contractor, I have deep roots in my family’s business, where I learned to install underground utilities throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. While we managed various types of underground infrastructure, our main emphasis was on water mains and service lines for both residential and commercial properties, primarily using horizontal directional drilling. After many years of replacing water service lines, I identified the growing need to preserve existing systems. In 2015, I took the initiative to examine every leak I found, crafting a budget-friendly technique to accurately detect subsurface leaks. Over time, I honed my skills and began offering this service to clients. In 2020, I founded Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC to highlight that expertise.
