Prime Line and Leak Detection focuses on identifying and fixing underground plumbing leaks, such as water mains, service lines, slab leaks, pool leaks, sewer leaks, and more. I am Frank Noto, the proprietor of Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC. As a third-generation utility contractor, I have deep roots in my family’s business, where I learned to install underground utilities throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. While we managed various types of underground infrastructure, our main emphasis was on water mains and service lines for both residential and commercial properties, primarily using horizontal directional drilling. After years of replacing water service lines, I saw the increasing necessity to maintain existing systems. In 2015, I started analyzing every leak I encountered, developing an economical approach to precisely identify subsurface leaks. Over time, I honed my skills and began offering this service to clients. In 2020, I founded Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC to highlight that expertise.
