As an update to my earlier review everything I suspected turned out to be true. In short, plumber came out, removed the handle on my faucet (not stripped as Prime Cast had claimed), and fixed my leaky faucet in 10 minutes. Prime Cast is so dishonest and crooked, I don't see how they can stay in business.
Stay away from these guys.

This company was assigned by our home warranty company, but I will never again allow them to perform work at our home. Although the technician who did the work was quite polite & professional, the same cannot be said of the ""office manager,"" who called to demand immediate payment from me, despite knowing that the warranty company had told me it would take ""up to"" 24 hours to review the claim and either accept or deny it. I assured her repeatedly that her company would be paid, but her response was to threaten to call the police if I didn't make immediate payment over the phone. Utterly laughable. The technician had written ""cash"" on the work order, and their form indicates that a 3% fee will be added to credit card payments. Therefore, I mailed a check to them the day after work was completed. Even more ridiculous is the ""revised"" invoice I received about 24 hours after their plumber left my house, adding a $50 ""late fee,"" and stating that an additional $50 will be added every day that payment isn't received. Perhaps the most insulting and unprofessional young woman I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I'm sure she will reply with all sorts of accusations, negativity, excuses, etc. Don't be fooled.

This company is horrible! They came out to fix my stopped up sink and leaking toilet upstairs that is leaking to my downstairs kitchen.The plumber stated he couldn't fix the sink and said to call roto rooter! I couldn't believe he giving business to another plumber service! Now the same plumber said he couldn't do anything to my toilet as well! He had to put in another work order to my home warranty provider. So needless to say he told my home warranty people I poured chemicals in my toilet and that's why it's leaking. So I had to get a second opinion and the other plumber said PRIMECAST Plumbing diagnosed it wrong and made it worst!! I would never use PRIMECAST again!! Luckily I couldn't give y'all negative stars!!

I had a leak under my bathroom cabinet and Primecast was assigned to the job through my HWC. Initial visit I was told by the tech that the leak was coming from another area and that it's repaired. It wasn't until I ran water later in the evening to find the leaks still there. I called Primecast and because it was late on Friday I was told that I have to wait until Monday for anyone to come back. On Monday another tech came out and stated that someone had tampered with the plumbing. Yes, it was your company I responded. But when the report was placed to the HWC to further the job Primecast stated something that is totally untrue, that is the piping was tampered with. What bothers me most is that the warranty Co (AHS) is siding with this report no matter how I try to explain what actually happened. So I have no other choice but to drop them after many years.

Yes, I found out about them through my AHS warranty. I had been having a negative experience with another company and requested a second opinion. From the moment I spoke with their dispatcher, this was an excellent experience. Nathan and Coy (I requested their names cuz I had see some negative reviews, and wanted to add my positive feedback) were very professional, conscious of their tidiness -they replaced my toilet (which AHS refused to cover,eye roll) at a very fair price (half of what the other AHS recommended plumber quoted) and never made me feel stupid for needing a professional. I will definitely be using them again, and will update with each visit.
