If I could have zero stars on here I would. They used to be good when his father was in charge. We had them come about two months ago to fix a leak in our house. Not only did he not fix the leak but he made a new one and it created mold in our wall, we had to tear down that wall. The leak also made our floors lift .He took forever to respond about the leak that he made. And when he came to fix it he said he was going to hire somebody to replace the wall For us because of the damage that his careless job did. After that he stopped answering his text message and his calls. We had to hire a completely different plumber to fix his problem and someone to patch up all the walls and fix our laminate floors. So if you were thinking about hiring them just know you'll have to hire somebody else to fix all The problems they will make.

Prime Alternative is the best and we will never look for anyone else unless recommended by Angel (Prime Alternative Owner) . Let me just say that having a plumber be available any day of the week is such a PLUS! Most plumbers who we have used or been recommended in the past have restrictive hours or are closed on Weekends. Some of the main reasons my Husband and I decided to leave our plumber of many years was due to Flexibility and being way too expensive. If Angel cant be there for any reason, he will send us someone who is experienced and will complete the job. We have always felt the pricing is fair and worth every penny for the work being done! Angel was recommended to us by another couple who has used his services before. Angel is very reliable, prompt, friendly, polite, accurate, and gets the job done right.

Now, we have used Prime Alternative for many years and we don't ever plan to use anyone else. I have referred Angel to family members, business relationships, and friends, who are all completely satisfied. No job is too large or too small.. Angel did a fantastic job!! He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Our upstairs bathtub was leaking into our downstairs family room (aye yaya yaye!!), we had several leaky faucets (one that wouldn't work at all), shower handles were broken/leaking, and misc clogs. He worked hard and it took a few days, but he fixed it all and even referred us to a great drywall guy to fix the large holes that had to be cut into our ceiling and also bedroom wall (to repair the leaky shower). Angel obviously learned from the best (his dad is a fantastic plumber as well) and I would highly recommend him for any job without any hesitation!! Thanks Angel :-)

Angel is the perfect plumber. I never write reviews but will make an exception to tell the world what an amazing job Angel did at a reasonable price!!! We had a hard installation and even had a major complication along the way (not his fault). He repaired everything and didn't take advantage of the problems that arose by charging outrageous fees. He was recommended by a family friend that is in the plumbing business himself. This man has known Angel and his family for years so I knew I could count on a quality job and decent people. Angel exceeded my already high expectations and was personable and fun to be around. I will never use another plumber!
