Our hot water heater went out and two incredibly unprofessional people came to our home and worked on the heater for several hours, they were watching stuff on their phones laughing and chatting in Spanish, I could hear comedy skits on their phones..basically having a good time on our dime. They left my attic an absolute mess that we had to go clean up, they had to use our towels and rags to clean up water and they left them in our attic to mold. The water heater went out a week later and again we called them out because we had no choice to use them because the previous job they had done was credited back to us. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 and was 1 hour late, they are supposed to were shoe covers and stopped wearing them halfway through the job, it was very wet, muddy and raining that day. They were in my home until 1:30pm. They trashed my home and damaged walls, carpets and trim. The owner showed up to my home the next day with one of the workers that was in my home and did the damage and was rude to me the moment I opened the door to greet him, he was talking to his worker in Spanish so I could understand what he was saying, he was rolling his eyes at me, arguing with me, laughing with his worker at me, he never apologized for the damage. He said that my stairs were very winding and it was hard to get the new water heater up the stairs, I made excuses and basically blamed my home for the damage and mess they made, he had a magic eraser and a bottle of water and wanted to start cleaning my walls, I was raising his voice at me and slamming items in the bucket he had with him when I told him all we wanted was for him to see the damage and check the work done, he got mad when I didn't want him scrubbing on my walls and slammed his stuff into the bucket yelling at me because I wanted to call my boyfriend before he did anything or put stuff on our walls, as I walked down the stairs to get my phone he said he didn't have time for this and I clearly didn't want his help and left my home. Ruben Muñoz is the owner of this company he is unprofessional, disrespectful and has NO business owning a company. I would never let this company in your home.

Primary Plumbing came to my rescue in a hurry!!! I put a call in about my hot water heater needing to be replaced on Tuesday evening and by Wednesday afternoon, I had a brand new water heater!!! They did the install and left my laundry room clean and tidy with no trace they had even been there (except that I had hot water after having been without FOR 9 DAYS)!!! Further, on Tuesday evening I got a txt from the owner asking if I had any questions, asking if I was satisfied, and making sure I had tested for myself the entire house and had hot water from every faucet. Talk about customer service!! This is my plumbing company from here on out!!! Thanks Primary Plumbing!!!

Had a great experience with Primary Plumbing Services. I was given a detail description of my sewer problem and what it would cost. I was not able to be on the job site, so Ruben provide pictures as the job progressed. Very satisfied customer and highly recommended.

Good service. I needed a servo valve replaced on my Noritz tankless water heater. The price was reasonable, the service was good, and the late-afternoon service call fit my schedule. Ruben Jr. and Ryan are very friendly and professional. My only gripe - and the reason this is a four-star review instead of five-star one - is that I had to take on the risk of ordering the valve. I was told that if PPS ordered the valve and it didn't clear the error code I was seeing on the water heater control panel, I was on the hook for the price of the valve and the labor to install it. Fortunately, replacement of the valve cleared the code.

Charged me $400+ plus for routine flush of a water heater (manufacturer claims warranty can be voided if authorized servicer not used). Total of 90 minutes onsite for 45 minute job.
