I will note that I didn't actually hire these folks, but I wouldn't hesitate to in the future. I called with some questions about fixing or replacing my water heater. Both the dispatcher and an estimator took the time to answer all my questions and gave me advice on who to contact to get the unit fixed if I wanted to go that route (they, along with everyone else I contacted don't work on Whirlpool water heaters). The price they quoted for replacing with a new unit was competitive with the other vendors I contacted.

We had them come out and redo our plumbing for our bathroom remodel. The shower drain ended up not fitting our shower pan (even though we were told their policy is to do a dry fit). We had to call them back (4 months after they came out since we had some time go in between contractors). I sent an email Tuesday night and called Wednesday and Thursday morning and they had a plumber come back out the following Tuesday (first thing in the morning at 730am) and he fixed the issue within an hour. We appreciated their willingness to swiftly correct and address the issue.

My wife and I didnt have a good experience with these guys. We just had our kitchen remodeled and we needed a plumber to come in and hook up our water lines to our sink, dishwasher and our icemaker and also to replace the old piping in the kitchen. Long story short, they came and replaced all the plumbing in a few hours and charged us $1900. Even our general contractor who was there at the time was shocked to see the bill for how little work they did and that didnt even include hooking up the appliances. They sent us another bill for $500 to do ""finishing"" work on our kitchen. We think they were just trying to get away with over charging us for no reason. We are unhappy with their service and wont use them again.

I gave Prima a call to ask if someone could come look at a leak in my kitchen day of and the receptionist laughed and said no we are booked to next week. Terrible customer service, didn't even bother asking if it was a major leak which it is. Incredibly rude.

These guys are great, they came out & fixed our 50's toilet after Aurora Plumbing insisted it was too old to fix.

They do good work, charge fairly, & are pleasant to deal with. It doesn't get much better.

Prima come out did an estimate, for a kitchen drain rework as the previous work was not up to code.

They squeezed us in and did the work fast, efficient and up to code. We will very likely hire Prima plumbing for any larger plumbing work in the future.

Fast and friendly! I had a someone minor issue, but they fit me in within 24 hours. Matthew was super friendly and put up with my yipping dog. Got the entire job finished beautifully in only a half hour. Highly recommend!

Wife was 35 weeks pregnant. We had just returned home from Thanksgiving with our 2.5 year old. And water was leaking from the kitchen ceiling.

Stuck without a plumber, I had a Yelp moment. Prima sent Matthew out right away to apply an emergency fix and stop the bleeding.

On a second visit, Prima capped off the old galvanized attic lines and ran new PEX lines under the house. I had them move washer and dryer hookups and drain while they were there as well. Kent, Wayne, and Matthew saved the day again. I was particularly impressed with the floor joist surgery to move the washer drain.

We were out of our house during the insurance claim but really wanted to get back in before the baby arrived. Greta in the office worked hard to have the work done and inspected by Christmas Eve. She then helped me for weeks clarifying the details of the work to support the insurance claim process.

As I sit next to my 5 week old son while I type this, I feel deeply thankful for the support shown by the entire Prima team. I feel like I must have talked to everyone there at least once, and they were all courteous and helpful.

Prima stuck with me and gave a happy ending to a bad situation. They have me as a customer for life.

Prima has been pleasant and professional to deal with from start to finish. I found their prices to be reasonable, fair and well explained. The work they did on our home was excellent. They have done three jobs for us now and they were timely and considerate each time. On top of that their office staff was timely and courteous beyond the standard level of customer service that one usually expects. So what else do you need in a plumbing company. Look no further.
