Called on short notice, Larry (the owner) dropped by, did a quick assessment, and called with an estimate 20 minutes later, as promised. The price was right in the range of what he had told us over the phone. Half an hour after THAT, another guy came by to complete the job, and was done within an hour or so (we were having a water line run from the basement to our fridge). Dude was super polite and friendly and cleaned up all of his mess (including replacing some boards he had to remove).

So, to recap: friendly, FAST, appropriately priced, and great follow through. Will definitely call them for our next plumbing job.

TL;DR: Couldn't help me out in the time I needed, but gave me names + numbers of reputable places nearby my home that would be able to see me immediately.

Called due to a leaky sink, Alex was very nice and let me walk through what I was experiencing. Although I don't know the terms, he understood what I was talking about from my laymen terms of things. Unfortunately, they were booked out for the next couple of weeks and I'm not in a neighborhood they have on the books during that timeframe. Luckily, he was SUPER nice and gave me a couple of names and numbers of places closer to me, and that would be able to see me immediately.

I called Prima on July 2nd for an emergency fix because my kitchen sink was backing up. The office was able to slot me in the very next day despite the fact they were booked. Pete showed up a little early and handled the repair very quickly. His years of experience are readily apparent as he was able to identify two unrelated problems almost immediately and fixed both quickly and professionally. I've had problems with plumbers in Seattle in the past but I'll always be calling Prima from now on.

WOW! I just got off the phone with Larry from Prima Plumbing and could not have been more impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help! We unfortunately have a plumbing job that they do not do (outside sewer pipe issues) - but he took his time to ask questions to correctly direct me to someone who could help me. The owner is courteous, prompt, and very thorough. I read a lot of reviews before reaching out to them for a quote. He was incredibly easy to work with scheduled a visit to get me an estimate, and a day later when he provided me the estimate, it was exactly as expected. The installation was painless as two additional professional plumbers showed up and zipped thru a complete sump install replacement, new basin, concrete, and cleanup. Everything went perfectly. They even offered to take with them an old disconnected water heater that was updated recently for free. They exceeded my expectations and when I had questions a couple weeks later and wanted to check out an odd noise I was hearing they dropped by that day and checked it out for me. I plan on using them again for a bathroom remodel/replumb in the future.

I would call in to ask about an upstairs leak in a bathroom, and got a rough idea of the work that would need to be done and how they would approach. We would schedule a time in which the plumbers can come and fix the issue.

Two experienced plumbers would arrive early before the scheduled time! They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about their trade. I would point out the issue, and they would begin discussing what they thought it was and how the piping worked in the house. They were correct, and would immediately find the (unique) issue, and cut out a small portion of the drywall to repair the broken pipe in the bathroom.

The pipe was chewed on by a squirrel or a rat and the little sucker left a 2"" hole in the pipe. The plumbers would give us some advice on how to deal with it from that point on with calling pest control, and also getting us a list of general contractors to fix up the drywall.

The repair took less than about 2 hours, and the job and site was cleaned up after the repair. No surprises in the bill, and would write up a check on the spot for them!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Good, honest local company doing great work. Definitely give these guys a ring if you have issues with your plumbing!

Quick, Competent, and Reasonably Priced.

I called yesterday because I was having pressure issues in my kitchen sinks. They tried to help me fix it on the phone, but I was out of my depth and asked them to just send someone out. Pete showed up with the schematics of my two faucets, found the issue on the first sink in a couple of minutes, fixed it, immediately found the same issue on the other sink, and fixed that.

I've had some issues with plumbers in the past, but this was the most painless process ever.

I will 100% use Prima next time I have any plumbing needs.

This co. and most esp. the people that work there are awesome. They bend over backwards with customer satisfaction and are competitively priced. I once had Beacon come for a job and watched the price go down over $1000. when I told them to pack it up. I felt in good hands with Prima from the get go, no lying from them! A great place to call to get Honesty and Heart.
