Dealing with Mark Priebe was a nightmare. He started out very respectful. I was worried when I saw how young he was. He quoted me an outrageously high price to install two drains into a concrete deck over a carport taking advantage of the fact I was getting desperate. Less than one month after unsatisfactors completion in which he applied silicone caulk and plastic grating over the drains he sent multiple harassing messages demanding payment. He even threatened me with a lien 23 days after he did the work. He left debris on the job site. Ten minutes after sending him a negotiated balance he continued to send me threatening messages and said he did not receive the money. This guy has the patience of a gnat!! the grating is not seated professionally still but I want nothing more to do with him.

Mark installed new toilets and a tankless water heater in our home and made a variety of smaller repairs as well. His plumbing lines are all super clean and tidy. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and meticulous and provides exceptional service at a great value. Highly recommended!

over a year after we had Priebus plumbing replace our sewer line to the street, we found out that they never finished the permitting process with the city so we had hire another company to take care of video taping the line so we could get a finalized permit from the city...at $250. We just recently found out that Priebes plumbing cut our sprinkler line and capped it off, so our sprinkler system doesn't work in our front yard. Another $400 out of our pocket to get it fixed. Very pissed !

I used Mark from Priebe's Plumbing to fix several problems in my house and all I can say is that he's a plumbing machine! He was able to fix two of our shower leaks and 2 sink problems in one day. He even went out to purchase new fixtures for our kitchen sink and sent me photos for approval before purchasing. There was also a mysterious water leak in my garage and Mark recommended a leak technician come out to diagnose it first, before tearing open any walls. Smart move! the leak technician discovered it was coming from one of the showers, not a pipe leak in the wall. Other plumbers would have just started tearing away walls which could have been a nightmare. All in all, he was professional, courteous, and highly competent. Would definitely hire again.

While trying to turn off the main at our home the valve handle broke off. While causing a small leak at the valve it was a major issue. A call to Mark on a Saturday resulted in his evaluating the urgency of the situation, making changes to his schedule and completing the repair early the following week. The repair encompassed having to turn off the water at the main, replacing the main water shutoff valve, and pressure regulator. He completed the job in several hours turned the water back on, insured that the system was functioning properly and left the site clean and orderly. He is a licensed plumber, through in his work and polite. I Highly recommend him.

After getting 2 other plumbers out to the house and 1 no show to give me options/quote on repairing my outside gas line Mark came by on time and we went over what he thought could be done. Unlike the other quotes where they wanted to run a complete new exterior line around the outside exterior walls Mark was willing to cut out the section that was bad and pressure test each remaining ends to see if the new section of repair was feasible. After testing both remaining gas lines which passed pressure test Mark repaired about a 15 foot section using the new poly pipe. Once completed we pressure tested it and bingo...good to go. Mark is now my plumber when I need a repair or even a new install. Mark was professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
