After the previous plumber (not Pride Services) who provided and installed my kitchen faucet made multiple failed attempts to stop it from leaking into the cabinet below, I contacted Pride Services. Their technician, Ali, arrived promptly (preceded by a text that he was on the road) and, after I described the ongoing leak and he examined the existing faucet, Ali was able to show me that the interior faucet line had small holes in it. He patiently answered my questions as to what he would recommend and then ordered a replacement. The new faucet was available by mid-afternoon and Ali picked it up and came and installed it. It has been working perfectly and I am very pleased with the faucet and the customer care provided by Ali and Pride Services. It is such a relief to have had an accurate diagnosis and solution to what was an ongoing problem for months.

Had issue with a leaky/busted bath spout for past few months and got to point I needed this addressed. Contacted a few high rated plumbers on Yelp and Pride was quick to respond...quick call and message had them come over and assess the damage. Ali was early and was very thorough in his assessment of the issue and walked me through the available options - although pricing seemed high, the technician was genuine and guaranteed a quick fix within 2-3 hours. Flexible with payment options too...Very good work overall and delivered as expected!!

This is an excellent company. I had to find a company because the one we were using were mot fixing things the way they needed to be and kept charging so much money.
We are very pleased with the work, and customer service this company provides.
Our home was built in 1938 and there was piping that needed to be replaced for 2 cast iron radiators. Their worker did an excellent job , took great care I'm protecting the flooring around the piping, and cleaned up everything.

We have called on Pride Services many times over the past few years and they never disappoint. Their communication and utilization of technology was impeccable from the text message confirming my appointment to the notification when the technician was en route (including a link to view their location status). The technicians are always extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are also efficient and do not waste time. From small repairs to emergency repairs and major replacements of water heaters and pipes, we have always been 100% satisfied with the service we have received from Pride. This review is a blatant lie. The quote was given to me, not my husband. I called and yes, you did talk on the phone with my husband, but HE NEVER SAID ""thank you for a job well done!"" Because he believe, as I do, that almost $800 to change some valves and tighten pipes, (which did nothing) as way overpriced.

Recently hired Pride to run a gas line from outside to the kitchen for a new gas stove. The two gentlemen that came to the house did a great job. First, they were respectful and very careful to keep everything clean and in order. They had several drop cloths, booties, etc. The job was a little extensive running pipe in the finished basement ceiling to the kitchen on the first floor. All I can say is excellent job. They even took care not to damage my rose bushes outside. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Now just have to wait for gas company and new oven to be delivered. Thank you , Pride. I HAVE GAS!

Called Pride Services on a Sunday night as our sink in the kitchen had sprung a leak. I expected to leave a message as it was the weekend at 730pm but to my surprised they pleasantly answered! The told me someone would be able to come by between 12-3 and I would get a text. In the morning around 9 I got a text that someone would come at 3- sounds good! They actually ended up coming at 12pm which was even better and again a text message notified me of this and I could track the driver if I wanted.

Upon arrival the plumber wore a mask and put on botties. He was extremely nice and examining our leak and letting us know we needed a new kitchen faucet. He even went to the store and bought it for us and came back and installed it. We were very thankful for this service as we both had busy days at work!

He fixed the leak rather quickly after that and we are all set. Love supporting local businesses and especially when they are safe, efficient and friendly. Will be our go to plumber going forward!
