Our water heater died and Pride was able to come right away. Brandon explained the service, quoted prices and scheduled us for a next day installation of a new tankless water heater. Keith and Bryce couldn't have been nicer and more professional. They were courteous with our dog, clean, and best of all, explained the features of the new unit. As a Pride Plumbing repeat customer, we received a discount and Keith even helped with the home improvement tax credit paperwork.
I'd also like to add that Keith recommended a water cleaning and restoration company that I hadn't heard of that will come dry out our basement.

Well... I have an update. 2 days after the technician visited, the original issue (dishwasher water buildup) presented itself. Thus the problem wasn't resolved. Steep price I paid, and the issue wasn't resolved.

I had a great experience with Pride Plumbing. I spoke to Jamie, who helped me get an appointment and explained their system for providing quotes. A service person gets sent out to quote your issue, then if you want to move forward, they likely have parts available and can do the requested work at that time instead of having to make another appointment. There is a service fee of $49 for them to come out, so I imagine this is charged to you if you decide not to get any work done. Seems fair as they are still driving to your house and looking in your pipes.

Steve called me the day of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. As promised, he showed me several options and pricing for the work I was interested in (tub re-caulking and a leaky faucet repair). He completed the work in a few hours after I gave him the go-ahead, was professional and courteous, and didn't leave any messes behind. I had been putting off this tub repair for several months, and now it looks great.

Every homeowner knows that hiring repair companies can be a crap shoot, but I would definitely use Pride Plumbing again.

I called Pride Plumbing when I found a serious leak in my basement. Turns out it wasn't an emergency after all so I'm glad I waited the couple of days for someone to be available. Hiring a plumber can be daunting AND expensive. I wouldn't say Pride Plumbing is cheap but their people are professionals and take the time to explain everything and provide options. I purchased their service agreement which includes a home inspection and we uncovered some issues doing that. Now I have time to plan the fix rather than waiting until something breaks.

We came back from vacation to find a leak in our hot water tank (and a basement full of water!). Pride Plumbing was there the next morning and handled everything professionally. Brandin had the hot water tank replaced and the entire situation under control in a few hours. Ideally for this type of project I would have liked to have time to ""shop around,"" but seeing as this was a bit of an emergency replacement job, I couldn't do that this time. Brandin made me feel like I was getting a good product, Pride's prices seemed fair, and he was not pushy at all for me to make a decision on the spot which I highly appreciated in an already stressful situation. I'm glad I called Pride!
