$1375 dollars to install a under the sink reverse osmosis water filter that I supplied. Yet they're charging $1375 for an hour worth of labor tops. I recommend everyone to stay away from pride plumbing like the other reviewers have mentioned they are way over priced.

Adam Jaralba from Pride Plumbing provides exemplary service. He is courteous, polite and respectful. Adam is hands down the most conscientious and thorough plumber I've done business with at my home of 34 years. He patiently explains repairs made and preventative measures going forward. As a widow, learning about plumbing repairs and maintenance has given me confidence and peace of mind. Pride Plumbing's service ethic and customer satisfaction are their priority and it is evident with everyone in the company.

Update: The company responded to this review claiming they fixed the leak. They did not. Their technician did not find the leak. We did not authorize any repairs, nor were any completed by a Pride Plumbing technician.
Note, the confusion over what work they actually did and did not do in someone's home. This is a great example of the disfunction a consumer may face when attempting to do business with Pride Plumbing.

Regarding the CSLB case, the CSLB did not move forward as they do not have the ability to force restitution. However, the complaint against the company remains within the CSLB's system and violations can be issued if/when there is a pattern of complaints.

To the owner: Your technician spent most of his time at our property in his truck. If you would like copies of the Ring doorbell footage for your records so you can dismiss this technician and avoid future issues, we would be happy to provide them.

What happened to us should not happen to any other customers ever again.

Update: after the response from the owner, I went back and looked at my messages to them. Here was the exact response from then on pricing ""Typically for a kitchen sink stoppage it would be between $180-350 depending on what needs to be done to clear the line"". I then told them I had already snaked it and thought that it needed to be jetted. I said then what determines the large price gap and they said whether or not there is a clean out and what all needs to be done. Nothing about all that includes is something you have already done. Like I said before do NOT take their pricing as what will completely fix the issue. There will always be an add on that will cost way more but be the right way to fix it.
