Bill was so thorough in explaining our issue and made sure he'd have our problem taken care of in no time. I recently had an issue with a home I purchased. A few days after escrow closed we discovered a wet slab in the kitchen. Aiden from Pride Plumbing came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The issue ended up not being a plumbing issue at all, which Aiden quickly recognized. While this situation was unsettling to say the least, I truly appreciated Aiden's professionalism and expertise. He even shared about the history of the neighborhood. The issue was eventually resolved and I now have a new go to plumbing company. Thank you

Over the summer, Pride plumbing came to my house to fix a leak in my bathroom. The tech (can't remember his name) was extremely nice which led us to trust him. The work we needed was done but since my mom and I didn't know what we were doing or asking for, he took advantage of us. It's a been a few months and I came to find out that he actually charged us quadruple for his service when my friend who is a plumber came to town, and another company who does plumbing (working on another project in our house) said we were charged hundreds more than what we needed to be. I felt what Pride asked for was too high but I trusted the tech because he was so nice. The tech also said we needed a new toilet and that he would charge us to do a fix but it won't fix the issue completely. I believe we were charged 200 for something that didn't even fix our issue (our total cost was 400). Turns out, we just needed to purchase a tank flapper from Home Depot for $3. The other plumbing company fixed the toilet for free for us. No new toilet. No more issues.

Pride will take advantage of you if you don't know what you're doing and that to me is so sad. I'm more upset with myself for being so gullible, but just wanted to write this review to let people know. Perhaps get a second quote and compare.

When my equipment arrived, again, it was easy to make the appointment and have the work done efficiently and in a friendly. Ericson came out the second and third time for the multiple projects I had. I also really appreciated that Ericson brought an apprentice the second time. Thats one of the best ways to get an inexperienced person trained with customers and exposed to how things get done.

We worked with Pride Plumbing on two major projects for our house - fixing our broken sewer line and repiping our house with pex. We had been pricing pex piping with a handful of other companies and Pride's cost was reasonable.

We also presented our sewer estimate to other companies and we're told to stick with Pride - they had the technology and price.

From start to finish on both projects, Matt and his crew were professional and highly skilled. These were major projects and a big investment - I highly recommend Pride Plumbing.

My water pressure was quite low, so I called Pride. After checking things out, they discovered that the City was doing work, and had restricted the water. I started to pay them, the plumber refused to take any money. I couldn't believe it. I have used Pride before, and definitely will in the future. What a stand up company.
