Punctual - made two appointments, I was called to advise that they were on their way both times at the appointed times and they were early, Quality - they are competent and know their trade well( replaced two bathtub spouts, low pressure issue and shower valve). Found them courteous and people of integrity and did not over charge.

After dealing with AHS and the plumber (A-American Plumbing) that they sent who never even showed up nor called to let us know he wasn't coming I searched and found Brian with Pride Plumbing. It was truly a blessing that I did. Initially Limric came out and wanted $3,900 for a tankless water heater and install. Brian quoted a price of $2,350 for the same brand water heater and install. You can obviously guess who I went with. Brian was able to have the new water heater installed in 2 hours and was on time and professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing needs.

I cannot state the extent of happiness with Pride Plumbing. We had a main drain problem that would not allow us to bath, wash clothes, use the dishwasher and limited toiled. Brian responded to my call in about 15 minutes and after telling him the symptoms told me he could be here in under an hour. Even more amazing is he actually showed up quickly. The problem was a tough one but they got it done and to my surprise went above and beyond what I thought they would do as well as sticking to their estimated charge. I will definitely use Pride for any plumbing problem in the future. Use them, you will not be disappointed!

I had to have all my old copper pipes replaced, an expense I had not planned on. Pride Plumbing came out, looked at everything and gave me a fair price. They arrived right on time and worked SO HARD! All my Summerville, SC peeps if you ever need a plumber we have used Pride Plumbing Services for a few years now on our house down there. They do not disappoint in customer service, professionalism, punctuality, affordability and options. While working on getting crawlspace cleaned out/encapsulated we found some leaking pipes and drain. We called end of last week and really needed work done by Tuesday when crawlspace contractors come back. Yes, I know holiday weekend They fit us in on a holiday. Eddie came out on Memorial Day and as with our history with Brian, Eddie was just as fantastic. He found a few other things that needed handling and made sure all were taken care of. He spent whole holiday working on our repairs while calling to keep us informed. Pride Plumbing is fantastic! I called because my water heater had completely died. They sent someone out the next day. He checked everything out and told me all of the options I had for replacement as well as the total cost with labor, tax, and everything. There was no high-pressure to put me in something I couldn't afford, and once I had chosen, he went to get everything he needed and had it installed the same day. The new water heater is working great with no problems at all. I will call them any time I have any sort of plumbing issue in the future!
