I hired pride plumbing to replace my water heater. They were able to do a same day estimate and once I was ready to get the work started, they were able to complete the job the next day. While other companies quoted me at $5K+, Pride quoted me at $2.8K for the same job and completed the job with that same price. Brian Jr and his Supervisor were excellent at identifying what needed to be done and handling the job just within a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone within the North Charleston/Summerville, SC area

Excellent service. Showed up the day I called, gave me a quote- which was very reasonable and installed a toilet and hot water heater the next day. Brian answered all of my questions and had the cleanest work space ever. He even took the old hot water heater and toilet with him so I no disposal to worry about. When you call you get Rebecca who has the nicest calming phone voice. The company name, PRIDE, is why I called them and their work reflects the company name.

Nobody wants to need a plumber. I have spent months and thousands of dollars trying to figure out how to stop my drain pipe from my washing machine from clogging. My usual plumber recommended Pride Plumbing because the job was too big for them, and I am so so so thankful! From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time we got the job estimated, done, and paid (ALL IN ONE DAY), every single person was professional, courteous, and personable. The person who scheduled our appointment, the person who called to let us know the driver was on their way, and the plumber Brian who came out were all AMAZING. I called, set my appointment, they were ON TIME (even offering to come earlier!), and the plumber that came out fixed our issue that 3 other companies could not figure out. I am so so grateful to Pride Plumbing, and will recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend. Prompt and efficient service. Brian, Jr. came out and completely rebuilt the tank on my toilet that had been leaking, even causing my water bill to go up. I had it looked at and adjusted several times , but the leak was apparently in the rim that goes directly into the toilet itself. Brian is pleasant and professional. He left no mess, and the work was completed in 30 minutes. When I first called Pride Plumbing, Rebecca answered the phone promptly, which impressed me. All my Summerville, SC peeps if you ever need a plumber we have used Pride Plumbing Services for a few years now on our house down there. They do not disappoint in customer service, professionalism, punctuality, affordability and options. While working on getting crawlspace cleaned out/encapsulated we found some leaking pipes and drain. We called end of last week and really needed work done by Tuesday when crawlspace contractors come back. Yes, I know holiday weekend They fit us in on a holiday. Eddie came out on Memorial Day and as with our history with Brian, Eddie was just as fantastic. He found a few other things that needed handling and made sure all were taken care of. He spent whole holiday working on our repairs while calling to keep us informed. Pride Plumbing is fantastic! I called because my water heater had completely died. They sent someone out the next day. He checked everything out and told me all of the options I had for replacement as well as the total cost with labor, tax, and everything. There was no high-pressure to put me in something I couldn't afford, and once I had chosen, he went to get everything he needed and had it installed the same day. The new water heater is working great with no problems at all. I will call them any time I have any sort of plumbing issue in the future!

I had to have all my old copper pipes replaced, an expense I had not planned on. Pride Plumbing came out, looked at everything and gave me a fair price. They arrived right on time and worked SO HARD!
