We had a dripping faucet in our bathtub that had gotten worse over time. Other companies gave us estimates for actions ranging from removing the faucet handles and taking the parts out and trying to match them up at other places to cutting out the three faucet handles and replacing all of them with a single handle. Their estimated costs ranged from $400-$800. When we called pride plumbing, we knew we had a good company. Brian adjusted his schedule to meet our busy schedules. When he got to the house, he heard our plumbing horror stories and examined the faucet. He told us the first thing he was going to do before getting started with an estimate was to remove the faucet handles, take everything out, clean the parts and check the o-rings. 30 minutes later, he informed us that we had bad o-rings and that the dripping had stopped. Brian is a true professional. He is prompt, polite, and will not sell you something you do not need. Overall cost of the repair was less than $200. If I could give him 10 starts, I would

Nobody wants to need a plumber. I have spent months and thousands of dollars trying to figure out how to stop my drain pipe from my washing machine from clogging. My usual plumber recommended Pride Plumbing because the job was too big for them, and I am so so so thankful! From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time we got the job estimated, done, and paid (ALL IN ONE DAY), every single person was professional, courteous, and personable. The person who scheduled our appointment, the person who called to let us know the driver was on their way, and the plumber Brian who came out were all AMAZING. I called, set my appointment, they were ON TIME (even offering to come earlier!), and the plumber that came out fixed our issue that 3 other companies could not figure out. I cannot state the extent of happiness with Pride Plumbing. We had a main drain problem that would not allow us to bath, wash clothes, use the dishwasher and limited toiled. Brian responded to my call in about 15 minutes and after telling him the symptoms told me he could be here in under an hour. Even more amazing is he actually showed up quickly. The problem was a tough one but they got it done and to my surprise went above and beyond what I thought they would do as well as sticking to their estimated charge. I will definitely use Pride for any plumbing problem in the future. Use them, you will not be disappointed!

I hired pride plumbing to replace my water heater. They were able to do a same day estimate and once I was ready to get the work started, they were able to complete the job the next day. While other companies quoted me at $5K+, Pride quoted me at $2.8K for the same job and completed the job with that same price. Brian Jr and his Supervisor were excellent at identifying what needed to be done and handling the job just within a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone within the North Charleston/Summerville, SC area

Brian did an excellent job installing my Rheem tankless hot water heater. He was friendly, up front with his services and did not try to up sale additional services. Before I hired him I asked another plumbing service to install it prior to Brian and they tried to tell me that I should have purchased the tankless hot water heater from them. Besides trying to sell me their how water heater they tried to charge me $1000+ for their services. Go with Brian! You won't regret it!!!
