Watch out for this one. Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Jacob took my money without completing any of the work, and left the job stating he has no intention of returning to finish. Extremely unprofessional and immature. Stopped responding and has not provided me with any invoice or receipts.

Jacob was initially responsive and eager to take on the job to help top-off/finish and install new fixtures and appliances for my home remodel - water heater, kitchen faucets and appliances, laundry sink and hookup, and three full bathrooms (shower fixtures, toilet and sink). I provided all fixtures and appliances and stupidly gave him half of the quoted amount upfront. At the end though, he only completed 1 bathroom sink... he didn't even install my garbage disposal (seems like that's the majority of the other positive reviews)....

I strongly recommend going elsewhere to find a more professional, experienced and responsible and accountable plumber. And be smarter than me and don't give any payment/deposit upfront, or anything until they actually do the work.

I had two toilets installed for a discounted price with the plumber Jacob M. He said there was a one year warranty on labor and that he would provide me a receipt within a day. It has now been four days since the plumbing job on Sunday and he has stopped responding to texts for my request for a receipt. When I call the number (213) 724-0423, there is no way to leave a voicemail as ""the person does not have a voicemail box set up, good-bye."" Being accused of handing off a fake $100 bill also leaves a bad taste in one's mouth when I had not paid with any hundred dollar bills, only twenties and tens.

I took a chance with this company and reap the unprofessional behavior. I really want to support small businesses but advice to management, this is no way to run a business nor develop a working professional relationship. I should have run for the hills when Jacob asked for the second half to be paid in cash to get a ""discount.""

Jacob, address the issue and send me my receipt I have repeatedly asked for.

We needed a new garbage disposal and Jacob was very responsive and helped us replace it! Our new garbage disposal is quieter than our old one and it makes a huge difference to have one that actually works!
