Great company ! I had a rental unit with a clogged lav drain. It was scheduled for Monday but they were able to get to it on Friday. I was not on the premises but I was kept informed as was my tenant as to arrival time . Very good communication.

We had a different plumbing come originally - I'm not going to throw them under the bus by listing their name but It was NOT THESE GUYS! The man that came had 46 years of experience, I believe his name started with an R... I truly wish I remembered. My pregnancy brain got the best of me. Anyway, he came in and established what the issue was almost immediately, this issue was either ignored or missed by the previous company because there was no resolve with their solution to our issue. Pride plumbing and this technician gave us wonderful service from the beginning to end. From the woman who built a report by relating with me from the get go on the phone, to the technician who completed our issue. He found the solution in a timely manner and described exactly what was causing It to us in a clear and direct manner.

Our home is almost 50 years old, and we sprung a significant leak under the floor of our shower. Due to the age of our home and plumbing, it was time to have the plumbing replaced throughout the house. We were recommended Pride Plumbing from Advanced Leak Detection, the folks who located the leak. Pride plumbing assigned Jared Teed who was the primary plumber and his assistant, Jacob Pennock. I decided to write this review because of the amazing job both plumbers performed in our home. They were not only courteous and friendly, but very hard workers and did a very meticulous Job leaving no room for error. Can't say enough about the integrity by which they performed the job. I would highly recommend Pride Plumbing, but especially these two plumbers.

Rob from Pride plumbing is a straight stone cold OG who knows his stuff!!! He came to replace a kitchen faucet, the faucet purchased was defective and would not pass hot water, cold worked fine. He let me keep the defective faucet temporarily so I at least had a working faucet with some water. Rob then left and got a new faucet, came back and changed out the defective faucet again, even though the defective faucet was obviously not his fault or issue! Absolutely amazing customer service and engineer. His methodical approach while the issue made the process seamless and efficient! Definitely reach out to pride plumbing for your utility infrastructure needs and if you get Rob, your lucky!

My dishwasher was leaking so I called Pride Plumbing. I've used them a number of times, and I've always been happy with their service. They are also the chosen plumber for the building by our HOA.
The dispatcher sent out Javier for an after hours call. Javier called me while he was on the way, and asked about the problem. When I explained that the dishwasher was leaking, he told me that they don't repair appliances. He didn't want to come out to the house, and then have to charge me for the call. He said, all you have to do is turn off the hot water under the sink. I was having trouble finding the valve, so Javier used FaceTime to help me find it, and turn it off. He never came the house, and didn't bill me for the call.

Now when was the last time you called a plumber and he stopped the leak over the phone, and then didn't charge you for the call?
Yeah, right...Never!

Thanks Pride, and Javier, you guys rock!

Now I just have to find an appliance repair guy...

We had a drinking fountain that started leaking late in the afternoon at our business. I called Pride Plumbing and Rebecca was able to get a technician to our property the next day. Damon was able to repair it very quickly! The cost was very reasonable!

the pride plumbing rep: c j was polite, masked and feet covered.
he ask me what was the issue although he was told beforehand.
he allowed me to ask questions and responded.

he got his equipment and proceeded to ""get to work"" later i heard him say..... it's all done.... i went up and checked and behold all of that black water was gone,,, the tub was clean and he wiped up any marks left. he asked if there was anything else and i asked him a question about my sink stopper..mine was broken but explained why... he even reattached one of the sink stopper
in the sink next to the tub.

overall, this representative of pride plumbing namely cj did an ""outstanding job""

I have used these folks for the past 5 years. They never let me down. Always show up on time with the parts needed for the repair. I recently had a garbage disposal replaced and a snake run down the pipes. 90 minutes to complete the repairs and it works perfectly. Very professional crew that always exceeds my expectations! Good job.

I called Pride to replace 2 valves under the kitchen sink and add a new refrigerator line for my ice maker. From dealing with Becca, and then Danny the plumber, the customer service was top notch. Danny was on time and Becca kept in touch thru the whole process. Danny did a very clean job, also. Chuck, Kudos, you have a great team. I will never use another plumbing company.
