I've had numerous plumbers come to my residence and not fix the pre-existing issues I've had with my kitchen sink or do temp fixes that didn't last. Pride Plumbing, more specifically Rob, completely put my mind at ease fixed all the issues in a timely manner and their work is top notch to say the least! The technician that fixed all my issues was Rob as you probably guessed. He from the moment he walked in was extremely respectful, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Side note: he took his shoes of at the door and and cleaned up everything and kept me informed of all the work he was going to do. Made this whole process easy and painless. If you are tired of multiple agencies arriving and doing mediocre work than I highly recommend you call Pride Plumbing and ask for Rob! You will not be disappointed.

A funny smell in my yard led to the discovery that a sewage clean-out cap had popped out, leading to all kinds of fun stuff popping out it, especially when a toilet was flushed.

At least the incident didn't occur in the house.

Pride Plumbing took my plea for help at 2pm, and at 6pm had a plumber, Jeremy, onsite. Jeremy quickly resolved the problem, snaking out a blockage about 30 feet away under the house. He then thoroughly tested the system to make sure flow was OK.

Jeremy also pulled up pictures on his phone that he'd taken from scoping similar systems in order to explain what happens inside 40+ year old cast-iron sewer piping. I haven't ever had the opportunity to view a angioscopy video, but I'd imagine this is how an elderly patient's cholesterol-lined arteries would appear, and you're so happy I was able to provide an analogy without referencing a colonoscopy.

Jeremy explained that the clean-out cap acts as a relief valve, so that in the event of a blockage, toilet wax seals and bathtubs don't relieve system pressure. Jeremy then voluntarily resolved a slow-flowing sink problem.

$187 was definitely a great value for a quick, after-hours fix, especially when the service was so professional and friendly.

I'm so thankful that my property management company contacted Pride Plumbing to help with our kitchen sink. They were able to fit me in on the same day, and Rich was great. e sorted out the problem immediately, cleaned up the area, and even helped me put some items back under the sink. I'll definitely be using Pride in the future.

I called and asked how much it would be to literally swap out a tankless water heater. The lady (who was sweet btw, hence the 2nd star) said she would get back to me. She called back and then said they can't give a quote over the phone but have a free inspection. I asked for a ballpark she said they couldn't give me that information either. I am not going to make an appointment, wait for that appointment only to be told it's going to cost more than I am willing to spend. What a waste. On to the next.

Buyer beware. Make sure you have a detailed scope of works before hiring these guys.

Pride got paid up front for replacing shower and vanity fixtures as part of a bathroom model. Then then charged EXTRA for repairing a leak that they caused during the initial install. They're now claiming that the original payment was only for rough-in and want even more to come back and finish the work contrary to the agreement with our GC.

No chance.

Nice guy and seems to know what they're doing but totally unprofessional when it comes to payment.

Pride knows the layout of my 1970 Condo community, which made the process of shutting down the water main seamless (prior to Dylan's service call) as Pride emailed me notices to give/prepare neighbors for water shutoff .

I run a warehouse in National City. We were trying to install an industrial stainless steel deep sink but had come up with a number of problems due to the strict requirements for plans and permits. 2 construction companies and 1 other plumbing company refused the job.
