I live in a condo association and there was an issue with something in the wall so Pride was sent out and they sent Damon.
I have always used Pride in the past and always been happy with them but Damon went above normal service and got everything done as soon as possible as I needed my sink.
He's the best so is Pride plumbing.
Definitely hit Pride up.

amazing service..I had a weird smell in one of my bathrooms and fernando was able to diagnose from lack of use in the shower ( spare bathroom) that the p trap was creating the smell. we ran the water and the smell went away..he also changed the p trap under the sink all for reasonable price. Called again ( the lady who scheduled the appointment was very nice) as my garbage disposal stopped working. Fernando again came out only to find that it was stuck so wih a cpuple of twists of an allen wrench it was fine and at no charge even though i Insisted on paying him something for his time.
Nice people great service ..definitley the only plumber i will ever call again!!

I have used Pride plumbing a couple of times now, first was a blocked kitchen drain on a Friday and the second was to get an estimate on a sticky L valve. I was afraid in an emergency that the valve would break off causing a flood. Rob assessed the problem with the valve and recommended the 1993 toilet had outlived it usefulness too. So off to home depot for a new American standard cadet 3 (recommended by Rob) some new supply lines and its all good now.
I like Robs thoughtfulness, of why don't we fix this job right.
It shows that he loves what he does and cares about his customer.
I do not recommend Anderson Plumbing of El Cajon. Pride is my plumber

I just wanted to say an amazing job to Kenny and Pride Plumbing! I couldn't for the life of me figure out why my sink was not draining! I tried everything but thanks to Kenny and his coworker, they were able to find the problem and clear the pipes under my sink! Would definetly recommend Pride Plumbing to my family and friends!

What a great experince!

Damen came out and assessed our situation. We had a leak from the bathroom that showed up initially in another room so we didn't know where it was coming from. After the walls were exposed we determined it was from the shower. We needed a valve replacement. Damen discused it with his supervisor and we felt he had our best interest at heart in looking for a workable / affordable solution. He did a great job replacing it!

Next on the list was for the contractor to put the walls back up and retile. This took forever as the contractor couldn't accommodate us for a month and then someone in our house contracted COVID. During this time, Pride did an excellent job of following up with us and checking in on status.

Once all was squared away and we got the thumbs up from the contractor, Damen came back out to put in the ""trim kit"". This was my first experience with all of this so terminology got slightly confused and expectations were a bit off in terms of what shower parts would be installed. We let Damen know that what was installed wasn't what we expected.

Next thing that happened was unusual and fantastic, The general manager. Jenna, contacted us and worked through the confusion with us. She wanted to make sure we were happy with what was installed. She took the time to make sure what was expected was received without any additional charge other than the parts.

We are over the moon that she worked with us to make sure we were happy. Our renewed bathroom looks amazing! And Damen kept a very positive upbeat attitude through all of it which made it a nice experience.

Welp. It's uncommon for me to have loyalty to a single vendor... especially when there's sooo many options out there. But honestly, when I took the leap to move my small business into a retail location, and had a literal plumbing NIGHTMARE... Pride was the first name that came to mind. All hell broke loose in the utility closet, which was accompanied by a clogged... everything... So in my panicked overwhelmed state, I yelled to my husband to call them.

Chuck knew how important it was for a new small business owner to keep things operational with minimal downtime.. and immediately sent Matt out to my Point Loma Bakery. Matt, was super informative and was straight up with me. After diagnosing the utility faucet leak, he addressed the insane backup. He adamantly told me what I was responsible for as a tenant and made sure I was well informed. He let me know he'd help me out in any way and... honestly... being riddled with anxiety, his demeanor and empathy really put me at ease.

The next day (!!!!) he showed up with the replacement faucet.. he coincidentally showed up when the property management's plumbing company showed up. He took the reigns on relaying what he diagnosed and made sure the PM's plumber wasn't taking advantage of the situation or sinking my wallet, so to speak. Matt really stood up for me and... straight up... Ive never encountered a vendor/tradesman who made me truly appreciate their expertise and presence. Overall, his professional support was beyond anything I could pay for. The experience was well worth the price and I think I got above and beyond for what was initially asked for.

Going forward, Pride will forever have my business. This whole situation, one of the most frustrating moments in the last few years, was really alleviated by their quality team and quality of work.

Pride Plumbing is my HOA's preferred plumber, and I have used them several times for common-wall stack issues. Danny and Lyle were my plumbers today, and they were both incredibly kind, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to other homeowners :).

I have been through a lot of companies but a couple of years ago I found my forever plumber Mr. Bill Hernandez at Pride Plumbing. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the work gets done correctly the first time. They always keep a clean job site and take care of all my properties. These guys are a 10 out of 10 with their experience. I would recommend them to anybody especially if you are a business owner
