With a few pictures, Sarkis was able to provide me with a competitive quote. We scheduled the work for the following day. Sarkis and Tiko showed up. They did the work very well and cleaned up nicely. I received a response super quickly on Yelp when I reached out with a clogged drain in my kitchen. I wasn't expecting such a quick response at 5:30pm on a Monday. He was able to send someone out within 2 hours to work on my drain.

Unfortunately the clog seemed to be pretty deep within the system and he had to spend a very long time shaking it, but eventually was able to address the problem!!!

I liked that the person took their shoes off before coming into my home and that he made sure to not leave a mess behind and took all the trash with him.

Reach out to pride, regarding for water heater, he came within an hour and diagnosed the tank leaking from the bottom not from a connections, which means the tank must be replaced.

He contacted to his brother to bring the tank from their storage, and they got the job done in less then an hour with very fair price, very accurate person, he wreally means 24/7 company, would highly recommend to my friends, thanks Sarkis!
