From start to finish, we've never experienced a better plumbing experience. Nailen and James were great. They assessed the problem and offered solutions quickly. Don't waste your time with these people. I called on a Monday to get a plumber to my house and was told I would receive a call on Tuesday afternoon to come by. That was great. Tuesday afternoon went by and I never received a call. Wednesday morning I called to find out why I never heard anything. They admittedly told me that they forgot about me and apologized. They then told me they would be at my house the next day on Thursday morning between 8AM and 8:30AM. I took off work to be there for them. Again - no show and no call. When I called them back at 9AM, they told me that they were busy and wouldn't be able to make it until 11:30 or 12PM. At that point, I had ZERO faith that they would keep their word and I told them never mind and I would call another company to do the job. I don't know how anybody can sustain a business this way. The communication is not acceptable. Break your word to me once, shame on you. Break your word to me twice, shame on me. Four days later, I'm back at square one trying to find a new plumber. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL SOMEBODY ELSE!
