Of course on late Friday before the New Year's weekend, our water heater broke. I searched on Yelp and sent a request at 10:30 at night. To my surprise, Richard responded and asked some questions about the water heater: how old is it (over 20 years old), how many gallons (80). Mind you the business hours say that he's open until 10PM, but he responded ""after hours"". He recommended that we replace it (a friend of ours told us the same thing a couple of years ago, so we knew we would have to replace it). I sent Richard pictures the next morning and asked if he wanted to stop by and look at it first. He said he would and on New Year's eve around 2:30PM, he stopped by. Gave me a flat rate quote for the job (new heater, pipes, haul away of the old heater, and labor). We arranged to have it changed out on Monday, Jan 2nd cause I really didn't want them working on New Year's Day! He texted to ask if we could move the changeout to Tuesday so he could bring another plumber with him. It was fine with me. They came this morning and it took a lot of work to get our old heater out because there was a lot of rust (20+ years old, remember?). Good thing we waited a day so that 2 of them could do the job. Much quicker to install the new heater! So excited to have hot water again after 3 days!! Thank you Richard & team!!

Richard came on time, great communication, he tried to unclog my outside drain but it was totally sealed and he explained to me why.... and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE me for his time! I'm definitely hiring him for my next plumbing need because to me that speaks loudly of his integrity and honesty. Also he was pleasant to work with. So he gets my 5 stars no doubt.

Worked on our clogged kitchen sink and did Everything imaginable to fix it. They also replaced our kitchen sink and our bathroom vanity and sink and counter. I would highly recommend and more importantly will call him in the future. Not only do they fix things but they offer a preventative service at a reasonably price.

Dishonest. Not only did they not fix the problem, representative by the name Albert tried to overcharge by $50. Terrible follow-up from Richard, the owner of Price Plumbing. Said he would make things right, but never showed up on date/time that he set. Also, I made the mistake of paying in cash. When I asked for the receipt, Richard said he would send me the paid invoice. After a month and three requests for the paid invoice, still not emailed as promised.

TLDR; I'd avoid using their service due to bad reliability issues. Ricky has done a couple of jobs for me and the work he did had been good. However the last job he failed to complete yet asked to be paid in whole which I obliged as I figured he'd honor his word. He said he would come back and finish it. On two separate occasions I scheduled a time with him and he told me he'd come by yet didn't show the whole day despite communicating he would be arriving soon throughout the day. It's now been over a month. I've wasted two whole days waiting for him and I've given up working with him at this point. It's not worth my time or frustration waiting further. Disappointed as the work he did was decent but his reliability has been absolutely terrible and now I will have to schedule a different plumber and pay them again to do work I've already paid some one to do. Until he figures out this kind of reliability issues will ruin his business I'd stay away. ** Malia, regarding your comment, unfortunately you're wrong. Please look again at the image with the job requirements Ricky was sent. Highlighted in blue explicitly is the job ""replace laundry faucet"". It was included in the job.There were no favors as you claim. I'm sorry my review is upsetting for you but I was left incredibly frustrated. After two days of waiting and losing out on spending time with my family I was no longer willing to cancel lunch plans to wait for Ricky who wouldn't show and I explicitly asked you guys for a specific time that you would come by to finish the job and keep that time. I never got a response. This was what compelled me to finally write this review and close this issue. As for the invoice, it was dated 11/4/2019 with an invoice due date of 12/04/2019, I paid the invoice over the phone when Ricky asked if I would on 11/12/2019.

I found Price Plumbing by requesting quotes through yelp from several vendors. I decided on Price Plumbing because they offered one of the most competitive pric and were quick to respond! They also were very understanding and responsive when I had to reschedule my original appointment. His worker came on time and he was able to replace my faucet without any issues! Next time I need help with any plumbing I know who to call!

First time ever to utilize Price Plumbing's services. I was fortunate enough to be able to get same day service upon getting in contact with Richard. My wife said Richard was really nice and fixed our leaking faucet really fast. If we are ever in need of plumbing services, Price Plumbing will be my go to guys.

I can't say enough positive things about Price Plumbing. My kitchen sink had a clog over the weekend scheduling an appointment within 48 hours was a breeze. Once Price Plumbing started the work it turned out the issue was much simpler than expected and Price Plumbing cleared it within 2 minutes (saving us some serious $$$) and they had a good sense of humor about our lack of plumbing skills. I highly recommend Price Plumbing they are earnest in their work and very generous with their time. The final price was adjusted for the effort required and I could not be more grateful for this. Price Plumbing will be my first call if I have any Plumbing issues and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick and reliable plumbing expertise.
