TLDR; I'd avoid using their service due to bad reliability issues. Ricky has done a couple of jobs for me and the work he did had been good. However the last job he failed to complete yet asked to be paid in whole which I obliged as I figured he'd honor his word. He said he would come back and finish it. On two separate occasions I scheduled a time with him and he told me he'd come by yet didn't show the whole day despite communicating he would be arriving soon throughout the day. It's now been over a month. I've wasted two whole days waiting for him and I've given up working with him at this point. It's not worth my time or frustration waiting further. Disappointed as the work he did was decent but his reliability has been absolutely terrible and now I will have to schedule a different plumber and pay them again to do work I've already paid some one to do. Until he figures out this kind of reliability issues will ruin his business I'd stay away. ** Malia, regarding your comment, unfortunately you're wrong. Please look again at the image with the job requirements Ricky was sent. Highlighted in blue explicitly is the job ""replace laundry faucet"". It was included in the job.There were no favors as you claim. I'm sorry my review is upsetting for you but I was left incredibly frustrated. After two days of waiting and losing out on spending time with my family I was no longer willing to cancel lunch plans to wait for Ricky who wouldn't show and I explicitly asked you guys for a specific time that you would come by to finish the job and keep that time. I never got a response. This was what compelled me to finally write this review and close this issue. As for the invoice, it was dated 11/4/2019 with an invoice due date of 12/04/2019, I paid the invoice over the phone when Ricky asked if I would on 11/12/2019.

Scheduled an appointment. Took off work, shut down water for the building. No call, no show, no answer.

I had a plumbing issue late at night and contacted several plumbers. Richard was quick to call me back and was very helpful over the phone. I sent photos of the problem and he advised us that he would not be able to replace the worn out parts (2 water heater valves and a main water supply valve) until the morning as he did not have the parts in hand. Richard arrived promptly in the morning, replaced all of the valves and the estimate that he provided over the phone matched the actual costs. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend Price Plumbing and will be using them in the future for any plumbing related work.

They came out the same day I called and fixed both problems. Excellent work, reasonably priced and great customer service. Richard is a really nice honest guy! We will definitely call them in the future...highly recommend.

Price Plumbing, awesome service . Quick response to our kitchen sink being clogged for a few days . I tried but couldn't get it done . That's why there's A Pro like Richard who came by and assisted . Much mahalos

I needed a slow leak repaired due to the 25 year old gasket was worn. I decided to change all the bathtub fixtures, since it was white and getting corroded. I sent out feelers for the repair, and Price plumbing was one of the first to reply with and approximate quote. Other replies were cheaper and unreasonable. I made an appointment with Price plumbing and they arrived and promptly changed out my fixtures within an hour. They charged me the price they quoted and I'm totally satisfied.

They were on time and completed the repair quickly. The repair was simple and the minimum price charged reflected this. The plumber got to quickly and was professional. I would use them again.

Richard and his team are awesome! They don't beat around the bush and they make sure that we were involved with every decision. Richard came out and gave us a quote and although he knew we were getting quotes else where before making our decision, he didn't push us. The job they did was nothing less then professional, clean and it was done in a timely manner. He is very reasonable, reliable and he was able to accommodate our families busy schedule. I would recommend Price plumbing in a heartbeat! Its quality plumbing, at a reasonable cost and you can count on Richard and his team to advise you on he best solution for all your plumbing needs !!!!

I had originally contacted Price Plumbing for work on a Sunday morning at 10AM, but just 10 minutes before they were set to arrive they said they would be late. Then an hour later I get asked if they can come at 1PM, ok no problem I can work with that. Come 1:45 they say the guys can't make it and the owner is sick and can maybe come at night. Look, I get it, good labor is hard to find but I had a tight window of time that I can be making repairs while my tenants are trying to enjoy their Sunday and it was not a great experience. Ultimately I went with another plumber who had coincidentally contacted me that same morning after not hearing from him for a couple of days. He did the work the next day. Keeping it at 3/5 stars because communication was quick and responsive, and the quote was good compared to the bigger plumbers. It was about the same as the guy who eventually ended up doing the work. I'm sure they do great work but maybe need to work on reliability.

Call Price Plumbing for your plumbing needs! Richard responds quickly, updates on his arrival and luckily for me came earlier. He was respectable, honest, knowledgeable and fair! I'm very happy with his service!
