WELL SO FAR... The work is not complete, but I just called them and they have someone showing up 30 minutes after my call and it is 'AFTERHOURS.' I Am SOO pleased with their calls, call back and customer service over the phone so far. Very pleased with explaining the regular process regarding insurance claims.

Worst possible situation, hot water pipe leak on a late Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend. (In the ceiling above my computer desk no less)

Called a couple '24 hour' plumbers, but Price Busters were the only ones that would send someone out. The plumber called back quickly, scheduled to be there within couple hours and showed up early. (Called ahead of time and everything) Fixed the leak quickly and was super nice about the whole thing.

Very nice guys, did a great job, when they FINALLY showed up. Set up appt. for Fri., 11/20. Nate arrives, says had a big rough in the prior week and so didn't have parts. Set up for 2 wks. later (next time had planned a Fri. off + have to turn off water in bldg, post notices etc.). Didn't show. Called, they couldn't make it. (Found Mon., that he'd left a msg. on my work phone.) Set up another appt. 2 wks. later. B/c of all the hassle, gave me a good discount. So, was happy even though the hassle kept me from getting other things I needed to andhad planned for when scheduling those Fridays off done b/c of waiting at home for them. 3rd time was the charm. Nate came, did the job - it was changing an eroded pipe from the wall to the hotwater heater area. Had to move stack W/D for access. 2 days later went to use washer, no water would come into it. Called, they said would come Mon. night. They said I must have turned off the valves, b/c they didn't. I said I didn't either as knew whole bldg. would be turned off. In any event, didn't care and was willing to pay for another visit and asked them to also change out hoses w/metal coiled ones that Nate had recommended while at it to make it more worthwhile. Didn't show, didn't call. I had paid for parking downtown and left work early, meaning had to work later another day. Called them next a.m./Tues. (12/22) set appt. for last night (12/29). I even called last night around 5 pm before leaving work to see if a go, got VM, left msg. Didn't call, didn't show. Another day paying for parking and leaving work early. After the 2 hr. window, I called main #, got a guy, he said he would check and get back to me. Didn't. Called Beau. He said he would check and get back to me. Didn't. I don't know if it is b/c my jobs were small or what. However, my condo assn. will need to do an entire plumbing retrofit in future and had thought to recommend them, even w/the hassles on the initial job. Also, I know a few contractors always looking for good plumbers and had thought to recommend them. It may be an anomaly but every time and having to make multiple appts.?. Initially was to be done 11/20 -- here it is 12/30. Called my handyman this morning. He looked at it, said when pipe was changed out, all the erosion from the old went into the filters and totally clogged them, that is why no water filling in washer. He cleaned all the filters and it works fine now. I really liked the Price Buster Plumbing guys, very nice. I know they are hard working but all the no shows? And the not even calling? I really don't feel comfortable recommending them however even though they do good work (other friend had major job done by them; someone in my bldg. had them replace hot water heater and they did a good job with my pipe). After yet another no show and no call back, decided needed to do a Yelp review.

Zach was great! He came right on time and got the job done super fast. He knew exactly what he was doing and even fixed another issue we were having, that was unrelated to the original problem, for free. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future!

These guys are incredible , hardworking and reasonable!!! Beau the owner helped us out on our plumbing issues in Bellevue. He gave great insight, got the job done and was always available to answer any questions that I might have. I would highly recommend!

We worked with Beau...we have used this company twice at our home in lake forest park. Very professional and reasonable and excellent work. On time, got the job done while providing us education and insight. Not knowing or being a plumber it's hard to know who to trust. I would go with them over any other company after shopping around! I was further impressed when they answered my call on thanksgiving and came out first thing the next morning! Very reliable and reasonable.
