Needed a kitchen sink fixed on New Year's Eve day and no other plumber would come out on the same day. Andy gave me a call with an estimate and was at my house within a few hours. They had my sink fixed in 30 min.

It's a Sunday and our sewer line got backed up. Most places were closed or their quotes were too high. I requested quotes from at least 15 places. PRI responded quickly and had the most reasonable price. Andy was very kind and professional. The job was done quickly and they even put a scope down the sewer line to show me what the problem was.
