There is a large door size hole in my house for a door. I repeatedly told them to make sure they left enough room to put in the door so the hole wouldn't be there. This may sound crazy, but that wasn't was not enough instruction for them. Now the two inches that they decided wasn't important is keeping the hole right there in the house where it has been. It will cost me $1200-$1400 dollars to have the door moved over 2-4 inches because no one at Prewitt's wanted to listen. At one point I had water running in my inside walls because they did not seal off where the hoses enter my house. After $1200.00 spent, the owner won't even call me back to see if this can be resolved. PLEASE unless you are wealthy and want to waste your money, DON'T call these folks.

I would not recommend this co. They made a mess of my Mothers bathroom wall. They cut a hole in a wallpapered wall in the bath to access the pipe when they could have accessed it through a lg. closet that backs up to the bath!!! When I called them the owner refused to come out to look at it and kept saying he wasn't in the drywall business! I think he is in the business of shoddy workmanship and he has lost a customer! Do not use this plumber!!!!!!
