I highly highly recommend these guys! After having Any Hour services come out and the tech immediately starts trying to sell me a new system without fully troubleshooting the issues with my AC unit, I felt it was best to get a second opinion. Preventative Home Solutions were quick to give me a response when I reached out. They came out the next day and walked my through everything they were looking at so I felt comfortable with what may need to be fixed and understand the costs. They had my AC unit up and running in no time. Great service and happy I went with them.

We had our Ac go out and was 80 degrees in our home. Looked at some reviews and Preventative Home Solutions came up. They were able to see us on the day called. The owner himself comes out and also Taylor the technician. They work together to solve the problem and work through it. I felt like they were honest with us and explained and showed me things along the way that were damaged with our AC unit and explained what was going on. We needed a few new parts since our unit was 2006. We now need to put more blankets on our bed because we are freezing. Our AC is working like new. We'd recommend these guys to others!

Really happy I found these guys. We woke up to our basement ceiling leaking and tried calling several ""well known"" places. They all said they could not come out until Tuesday (this happened on a Saturday). After waiting for a few hours and hoping for a cancellation from ""the other guys"" I hopped onto Yelp and started calling down the list. Luckily PHS had availability day of and came out within a couple of hours. He wore boot covers to protect our carpet and explained everything as it progressed. Turns out a contractor who finished our basement 5ish years ago drove a screw to anchor the HVAC duct and put it straight into the hot water line. Our technician found it quickly and was able to repair it fast. The price was reasonable and about what we expected to pay for his work and time.

He said to call back if it continued to leak, but we woke up the next day with no leaks so we are confident that this was the problem and he had remedied it for us.

We'll for sure keep these guys in our back pocket for a ""rainy"" day. (That's a water leak pun)
