Well, I don't usually write a bad review, but felt the need to. I used this company a few weeks ago and was not impressed. They are very unprofessional and RUDE! I thought I would give them a try since they were local and I can honestly say I would never use them again. Wish I would have saw these comments first before calling them. The women on the phone seems confused and has an attitude. Horrible customer service! The portable toilets were NOT that clean and time is NOT of the essence for these people. When you tell the customer something, I would think you would follow through with it. I would NOT recommend this business, they are not organized, they are dishonest and lack customer service!

No show! No call! Terrible experience! I would NOT recommend this company. My daughters 1st birthday party was at park with no restroom and consisted of 70 people (30 were kids and a few very elderly adults), which is why we ordered it in the first place, and they NEVER showed up!

I emailed the company and the owner ""Tennille"" responded to my inquiry about a pretty potty for my daughters birthday party at a park with no restrooms in Fairfield, CA. She said $175 for a pretty potty. I emailed a few days later to confirm the potty, no one responded.

The day before the party I had to call the owner twice to confirm the order for a pretty potty and hand washing station for $225 between 12:30-1:30. Per the request of the owner, I then emailed the company to confirm the delivery address and time.

Day of the event:
By 3:00 NO SHOW, NO CALL so I called the owner and she was completely confused about my order. She didn't know what day or time it was to be delivered. After explaining to her that we just spoke yesterday, she finally recalled our discussion a became very apologetic. Tennille said, ""I wish you would have called sooner, you've had no bathroom for 3 hours. I will have someone out immediately.""

The owner also proved this explanation for her oversight: Tennille said, she has 6 kids that are football players or cheerleaders and her driver didn't show up to work, so it complicated her day. I tried to be understanding and just requested that bring a potty ASAP. She said, even if I have to go, I'll get you a potty! NO ONE EVER CAME!!!

Several guest had to leave the party early to use the bathroom! By 6:00 it was pretty obvious Tennille totally flaked on us and didn't even call!
As a mother, I get it... Mother, business woman, etc... but not even a courtesy call is ridiculous and unprofessional.

I would NOT recommend this business, they are unorganized, non responsive, and dishonest.

We hired Pretty Potties for our 25th anniversary. When the driver left our property, our property manager witnessed their driver hit and damage a structure at our front gate. We decided to not go through their insurance at their request and also not to charge for the supplies since we had extra. We thought since they were a local small company that we would be more than fair to them by helping them out in this way. It has been six months and they finally sent us a check that had insufficient funds. We will now dismiss the charge of $900.00 even though they didn't mind keeping the initial rental fee of $270 from us. We have tried to do what was right at the expense of $900.00 to our family. We usually don't give bad reviews and try to be on the side of small business, however if I had known we would be dealing with a company of no integrity, we would have rented from a different source. Hopefully this review will save somebody else from having the same thing happen to them.

I just rented a couple of portable toilets from them and the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. When they delivered the toilets the gentlemen who delivered was extremely professional and helpful as well. I called around for pricing and Pretty Potties BY FAR is the best deal around!! They are also our ONLY REAL LOCAL company... and i just found out that it is owned by a women!!! I think that is great in my eyes... AND I LOVE THE PINK!! It reminds me of breast cancer awareness... I will definitely refer family and friends and of course use them for my next party.
