Called last night and they were out right before lunch. These guys were all about business and finding the issue. They were able to find it and repair and gone in an hour. Highly recommend them!

We had used Prestons several times without issue and had told them we have properties in Bartlesville and if they'd like the work we have jobs up there.

They wanted the work and were sent up there for a clog and snaked the line. They stated they could not remove it and the line was broken and needed to be completely replaced.

We sent a different plumber for a second opinion who snaked without issue and scoped the line and said it was good to go. When we told prestons this they still requested payment for work ""completed"". We went ahead and paid at threat of a lien as the amount wasn't worth arguing over.

our hot water tank sprung a leak they came out the day I called great work Alex was great very clean everything went smooth would refer to anyone

Just want to say thank you to Preston's Plumbing. We've used them 4 times now and have been very happy with their service. They always come out the same day and their employees are very friendly and do a great job. I highly recommend them!

Preston was a nightmare to work with, every Friday he would bitch about anything. One Friday it was that we hadn't paid him yet. He sent us a bill on Thursday, we hadn't even been to the house to check on it and make sure it looked good. We ended up firing him midway on the job, once we got the fixtures hooked up and were able to test the showers/sinks we realized that the bathtub drain wasn't hooked up and was draining to our first floor. and then they forgot to hook up the hot water on the bathroom sink faucet, so both would only be cold water. This is just a few of the items. I dont recommend working with Preston. He is hot headed and honestly a jerk.
