Our plumbing has been giving us problems since we started rented the residence. They would send someone and say oh it is fixed. I have NEVER lived somewhere where when you use the washing machine the sink starts to bubble water and smell like rotten eggs. Our children's toilet would flush slow as molasses and then sometimes overflow. After multiple it is fixed BUT not really, came home and my husband used the master bathroom and flushed and our kids toilet and tub flooded (you read that right) and our shower, tub and toilet did the same thing of sewage. GROSSSS!!! This company was very professional. Bless their hearts, it was storming pretty bad when they arrived. They were STILL on their game and fixed the problem. Thank you for your professionalism and ACTUALLY fixing it and not blowing smile up our behinds. If you are in the Jacksonville area and need plumbing assistance, UTILIZE THEM!!!

Our home backed up sinks and toilets, so we called presto plumbing to come and investigate why this was happening. They agreed to come and do a pump out because that had to be done before they could investigate. We agreed, even though they did a pump out for us six months prior to this. They said they would do a free inspection and within three days we would have a report so that we would know what needed to be done or repaired. To make a long story short we tried several times to reach them we never got a report. That next week the septic tank filled up again and we had to call another company. It turned out to be a bad pump but because of the negligence of Presto, it cost us an additional pump out. Once they finally did reach out by sending me an invoice for the pumpout via email, leaves a lot to be desired. I was not happy at all with this company and their customer service really dropped the ball. I would truthfully never recommend this company and I wouldn't even give them one star.

. BEWARE.. Paid Presto plumbing to replace tericata pipe from house to septic. Instead of taking the old pipe and metal valve and throwing it away they just threw it in the tank which is not part of the tank. I found out when I had the tank sucked out and had to pay extra to have the metal valve and pipe removed.. Also the owner Eric 904 327-2725 will not stand behind his work unless I told him who fixed the EFF UP of his employees so he could call them and drill them on a job that he should have done right the first time. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Recently purchased a house and our agent hired them to come do an inspection on our septic. Their report indicated nothing wrong. Within 3 days of moving in our downstairs bathroom flooded. We contacted them to let them know what was happening and they took forever to respond back and when they did they tried to blame it on the plumbing without sending anyone to take a look. We called a new septic company to come out and take a look at it and the pump is bad and the tank is showing signs of caving in. None of this was on the report. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Would give zero stars if I could.
