I hired this company to fix my AC but they didn't know what they were doing, they caused property damaged instead. We paid them $4,000 to fix the AC, they couldn't fix it and they don't want to give me my money back. I want to take them to court but the address is fake. Sam, Johnatan and a third guy did the job, apparently Michael is the owner/manager. When I call them they don't answer and voicemail is full. Next step should be fill a police report. Probably they don't even have license.
Stay away from these delinquents.

Fake company!!!! Stay away. They charged us more...they lied to us....and they don't have a real company office. When we went to the address which is Fake, they wouldn't answer our phonecalls anymore. We filed a police report against them.....please everyone stay away from them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! SERIOUSLY. STAY AWAY!
We hired them to fix a broken faucet in our master shower. They had to replaced it with a chrome one because Sam needed to order one in brass. This was on December 20th. He assured us that it would take a
couple of days. It is now January 26th. Sam has not shown up
To replace it even though WE HAVE PAID IN FULL ( stupid us to trust
Anyone that they would complete the job)

had a great experience with sam he helped us with our old oil boiler that 3 other companies couldn't fix. now that we have heat I can't Thank him enough I will definitely use them again.

STAY AWAY! Operated by Sam with a side kick who has no clue how to fix plumbing issues!

These guys answered an emergency call for leaking under sinks and a pipe that busted due to freezing over from the cold temperatures we've had end of 2017.

The pipe that was busted so far works so I give these guys credit, however replacement of shut off valves did not go so smothly and the next day after these guys left they started leaking under the sink in both bathrooms

I've been trying to get these guys to come back and fix the plumbing they should of fixed right first time but texts and calls go unanswered and at times they hang up. I simply don't have the time to chase after them and I'll have to hire a new contractor to fix their issues. Shame on PRESTIGE Mechanical Contractors of Haledon, NJ :(!
