Todd was exceptionally knowledgable on the job and great at communication leading up to our appointment. We had to wait a few days to get into his schedule, but that is exactly what one wants in a service-related field...someone who is busy! (So ignore the negative review below where he could not immediately fit the person into his calendar that same day!) We also appreciate his detailed invoice and absolutely fair price. BOTTOM LINE: It is rare to find a plumber who is so professional and also of the highest quality who has reasonable rates AND is a local businessman that we can support (rather than a franchised company). We have another bathroom and a kitchen remodel on the horizon and will 100% use Prestige Plumbing for all of our needs... would not dream of using anyone else from here on out! We will definitely refer him with our highest recommendation to friends whenever we can.

if You are looking for a new plumber. Will not recommend this dude. Not willing to come out and help the elderly in a tight spot. If it was a major job , I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem. Bad sign ... if you aren't willing to help the less fortunate then I your services aren't needed when something major comes along. People need to know this

Absolutely first-rate in every way. Todd has re-plumbed my house, replaced a toilet, replaced a sewer line, and quite a few other things. He's always been pleasant, reasonable, an excellent communicator. Highest possible recommendation.
