Plumber showed up early for appointment. Plumber was informative but I felt like he was trying to sell me a new toilet that wasn't needed. The toilet was running so I knew it needed a new flapper, etc. Also needed the utility sink in the garage looked at. Initial quote was over $800 just to fix the toilet and look at the utility sink. When I balked at the price, he re-quoted at $500. I reluctantly said to go ahead and do the work. He was done in less than 1/2 hour (about $30 in parts when I asked). Definitely felt like I was ripped off and will not deal with this company again. I'm not a plumber, but have had similar work done in the past and feel like the price shouldn't have been more than $250-$300. Should have a rating for honesty which I would have given 0 stars for.
Also come to find out the Prestige Plumbing owns many different named plumbing companies in the area so be wary.

I had a backed up sewer line. The Internet gave Prestige Plumbing 5 stars so I called them on 02/07/17 and Mike came out and his receipt was for 24/7 Plumbing Services Inc., not Prestige. When he hear the clean out is on the roof of my 1964 condo in Sun City AZ, he said that it dangerous and would cost extra, so what could we do, we had a clog and he was here with his 5 star rating. He gave us a 10% discount on his $450 charge with the coupon I printed and we paid him $405. He snaked the line with a 15' machine and the line cleared but the next day it was backing up again. I called him and he came back at no charge and resnaked it with a 30' machine. That lasted 2 weeks. I called him today 02/17/17 @ 01:27 pm and he said he could have somebody shortly. I called again at 02:12 pm to find out what he meant by shortly, and he said he would have somebody call me. When nobody called I called the main office of Prestige Plumbing 623.207.7845 at 02:32 pm and another Mike said he would contact Mike and have him call me. When at 3:35 pm nobody had called I called Prestige's main office again and Mike said he would have somebody call me. At 4:09 pm a guy who never gave me his name, but who said he works for the Mike from 24/7 Plumbing, called and I asked him if they use cameras to check for blockages and he said no but they only recommend Roto Rooter. He said he was on a job at the moment and would be there in an hour. I asked if there was a charge and he said he would find out and get back to me. He never called back, so I called Mike from 24/7 Plumbing who told me his worker told him I was not interested in having them come out. This is not what I said. I have a clogged drain which needs to be unplugged so why would I tell him not to come. Mike told me there would be another charge again to unclog the blockage. However, by then I had called Singletary Plumbing 623.546.3955 and they will be coming in the morning to unplug my drain and run a camera free of charge to see what the cause of the blockage is. The run around from Prestige Plumbing was very disheartening.
