Robert and his team were professional and courteous and did a great job for us on short notice. We needed the installation of a natural gas line from the house out to the middle of the back yard for a fire table, before the contractors poured concrete for the patio at the end of the week. Robert was able to accommodate our short timeframe and sent his team the next day. The guys were professional and friendly; they cooperated with the other contractors on site and all went smoothly. We are pleased with the quality of work and would certainly use Prestige again.

Awesome. I met Prestige through another plumbing outfit a little over a year ago. Not only will they service my east bay and south bay properties (hard to find a plumbing company with that range) but their response times are excellent. Especially their weekends and nights, not to mention holidays. I've found their pricing to be very fair, their service reliable, and their technicians polite and able to work well with my rental customers. I often find contractors charge more when working in Palo Alto, not Prestige, their rates are fair no matter what city they work for me in. You won't be disappointed if you use their services. I've used them to replace water heaters, clear backed up sewer lines, find pesky leaks and install ground level cleanouts. They communicate through phone, text and email, which makes my life as a professional property manager easier. I recommend them to all my clients.

I had a nightmare of a plumbing problem. A giant root had gotten into the clean-out and was clogging up everything. I called Robert who came out with his camera and quickly found out the source of my blockage. There was quite a bit of work that had to be done to dig out the root ball - going through concrete and removing part of a wall, as well as part of the bathroom floor. When the project was completed, it looked like nothing had ever been wrong. Robert's crew were prompt, clean, and professional - and best of all, it cost less than I expected. I would definitely use them again for any other work I need.

I purchased a living social voucher to get an earthquake value fitted and I had contacted them on the number on the voucher on a number of occasions and left messages but I never received a call back. My voucher expired. I contacted living social who gave me an email address to use in addition to the phone number I had already been using. I emailed and explained the situation and Robert responded within 2 minutes and asked me to call. I called and he explained the number was incorrect but he agreed to accept the expired voucher. He would have had someone out to do the work the next day but I couldn't be home so he had someone come out the following day. The person who came out was great, he turned off the gas to the water heater before and lit it again afterwards. There was a problem with the way our gas pipe came in but he got it resolved. I would use them again for any plumbing needs I might have. If anyone else has an expired voucher you should contact Robert. The phone number and email address on yelp is correct so use that to contact him. He is very responsive.

Did not think I would ever write a bad review since I always try to find something nice to say but I think not this time. I had a voucher that was going to expire and wanted to get the outdoor hose faucet fixed with it. (I was not able to use it right away due to a family crisis.) Called up and set up an appointment but he never showed up. Never even called to say he could not make it. Tried to call him up to find out if it could be re-scheduled and left a message. Never called back. No explanation and a no show. Truly unprofessional and unreliable.

I needed my sewage ejector pump checked out and called Robert again. Great service and honest work. He determined my pump was not broken and implemented another fix which was far less expensive.

I found Roberto through a LivingSocial deal to install earthquake gas shut-off valves for my place in Berkeley. Even though Berkeley was out of his service range, he was willing to drive out and do the work. He arrived on-time, was friendly, and even took the time to put on shoe covers when entering the house. He explained to me each step of the process as he was installing the devices which was really helpful and made me feel comfortable about the work he was doing. Would definitely call Prestige again if I'm in need of a plumbing job in the future.

Robert with Pristige is the best!!! I have used different plumbers over the years and Robert is te best. When two other plumbers failed, Robert came in and figured out the problem fixed things in a timely manner.

When it came to the bill, robert didn't charge me for half of his time and even called back later to check on things.

Since then I have used Prestige once for my house and once for my son's house. While at my son's house he fixed something for an elderly neighbor and did it for free.

He is the best. I met Robert when he was on a job site with B&B Builders who I know are top builders in Palo Alto so thank you B&B for the great referral.

I was having some issues with existing gas line when install a new gas stove. Found Prestige Plumbing on Yelp. Rob showed up quickly and fixed the problem in no time.

I called Robert due to a very difficult and unprofessional situation that had occured with another Plumbing company a few days prior, I was in need of some help, fast, as I was smelling gas in my home, even after the other company ""fixed"" the problem, and found him on Yelp. Robert scheduled an appoitment within a day. He took a look at what the other company had done, did a full inspection of my home, let me know everything that had been done incorrectly, everything that needed to be fixed, wrote up two different estimeates for me on the spot as I had let him know $$$ was an issue for me, and let me decide what to do. I asked him to please fix everything the other company had done wrong - not only did he do so, he charged me LESS money to do MORE work than the other company did, and he did it RIGHT, no more gas smell! He scheduled the appointmet for me for the very next day. He was thoughtful, professional and considerate. My home is now safe and sound becaue Robert took the time to do the job well. I HIGHLY recommend Robert, he will do a GREAT job for you and treat you with respect. I know I will be calling him again.
