Had an emergency pump failure, caused water to back up in the shower, spill throughout the bathroom. Robert came and saved the day! Amazing service rendered, he was able to replace the sump pump, clean up the mess, and help with additional issues around the place.

I highly recommend his services, very good trouble shooter, strong overall knowledge, easy going and a great communicator.

I needed a some rework done after a prior plumber installed a gas line that wasn't quite in the right spot. Gary and Roberto came in and helped get the gas line in the right way so that we can actually hook it up to our stove. The team had a great attitude and were able to help on pretty short notice (3 days or so). Prestige will be my go-to guys for all of my plumbing needs go forward.

I called this company and after being told that a fee of $125 would be charged to have a man to come out and check the problem, I was also told that if I ended up having them do the work, the $125 would be applied to the cost of the job. That was on 11/04/15 The man came out, looked at the problem, took my check told me the owner would get back to me with an estimate of the cost to fix the problem. I have not been called back. So, in my opinion this is not a honest business today is 11/16/15

My rental in EPA had a shower valve leak. Talked to a contractor and he said need to open the wall to replace the whole thing. I then found Prestige in Yelp. talked to Robert and he did a free estimation. he said can repair the valve. It is great do not need to open the wall! So I asked him to do it and a quick fix! He sent me the invoice in email, and I paid him through phone! Very good service and convenient to deal! Would use him again for the next plumbing issue in future. Of course, hope I would never deal w/ a plumbing problem, though:)

I needed a 90 ft gas line installed outside my home near Downtown Menlo Park.
I had 2 Menlo Park plumbing companies come out and give me a quote. Both were very high. I needed one more company to come out. I didn't know who to call so I reached out to a local General Contractor that I know and he reccomemnended Prestige Plumbing, funny this was the second time this company was actually recommended to me in the last 6 months ( first time by a resident in Atherton) but I had totally forgot so with that said I felt confident to have them come out. Why not? The owner, Robert came out within an hour to look at the job and give me a quote. The owner, right from the get go was very professional, he explained the work that would be involved and gave me a bid of a $1,000 LESS than the other 2 companies, HIRED! The next morning at 8am sharp, the guys came out as promised, they dug a trench..these guys worked hard, there was no slouching. great workers. So far Im impressed. There was a problem that I had found out during the digging was that I needed the trench to be dug 30"" deep (originally I told Robert 18"") due to new trees coming in. My mistake.
This was going to take a lot longer than proposed. I thought to myself there went my savings on this job but instead Robert came out and said he was going to honor the quote...I couldn't believe it. At the end, I saved about $2,000 plus he said he would come back out at no charge to hook up outdoor fireplace and grill- at no charge!
I am extremely impressed with this company and definitely would recommend anyone to use.

Robert and his team were professional and courteous and did a great job for us on short notice. We needed the installation of a natural gas line from the house out to the middle of the back yard for a fire table, before the contractors poured concrete for the patio at the end of the week. Robert was able to accommodate our short timeframe and sent his team the next day. The guys were professional and friendly; they cooperated with the other contractors on site and all went smoothly. We are pleased with the quality of work and would certainly use Prestige again.

Awesome. I met Prestige through another plumbing outfit a little over a year ago. Not only will they service my east bay and south bay properties (hard to find a plumbing company with that range) but their response times are excellent. Especially their weekends and nights, not to mention holidays. I've found their pricing to be very fair, their service reliable, and their technicians polite and able to work well with my rental customers. I often find contractors charge more when working in Palo Alto, not Prestige, their rates are fair no matter what city they work for me in. You won't be disappointed if you use their services. I've used them to replace water heaters, clear backed up sewer lines, find pesky leaks and install ground level cleanouts. They communicate through phone, text and email, which makes my life as a professional property manager easier. I recommend them to all my clients.
