They replaced the sewer line from my house to the street. I was glad that it could be done in one day. However, their workmanship was VERY bad...they destroyed my dryer vent, totally destroyed a shrub that was growing nearby, and badly damaged the bark on my front yard oak tree....I don't know if the tree can recover from their damage. I would not use their services again.

They did a nice job once I got them to do it. When they arrived and I showed them the kitchen sink drain that I needed them to create, they quoted a very high price. I said no way. They left as did I.
Ten minutes later they called and offered to do it for 1/3 the previous price, I returned and they did a great job, thank you!

I called Prestige on Saturday morning, set up an estimate for Monday, and called them on Tuesday to schedule the service. They had a cancellation the next day so they were actually able to complete the work on Wednesday - only half a week after I first contacted them! Ben came to give me my quote, and Ben and Scott came to complete the work. They were professional, friendly, and punctual. Ben was not pushy during the quote. I paid less than $2k. I had quotes for the same job that ranged from $8k, $4k, and $2k, also one company that insisted they would have to replace the pipe through the basement wall, requiring excavation - $14k! If necessary, Prestige would excavate, but that would only bring my total to about $3k. Not only did they have the best price, I also felt like I could trust them. Only one other company of the 5 that I got quotes from made me feel like that, and that company didn't email me the quote until a week later. I had opened the walls already for the job, so that I could see for myself what needed done (and a couple companies were going to require that anyway). Prestige had the work done in about 6 hours. The finished job looks really good. They also did a small job under my kitchen sink, and rerouted my dryer gas line. I can't say enough good about them, and would recommend them for any medium to large sized job!
