We had Prestige come out and add a T and extra water spigot outside. (for misting system). They were on time. The plumber Peter, was very experienced and had the added spigot installed. He was courteous and explained what he thought I should do. We agreed and he did a GREAT job. Highly recommend this company.

Beware of this company.
They sell you product they themselves do not understand. They do not take responsibility for their work.
I wanted to purchase a water softener for my home in Vegas. As we all know Vegas water is one of the hardest in the nation.
They sold me a water conditioner and my water remained hard.
After bringing in 3 other companies, who all explained to me that what I had was wrong, Prestige put all the blame on me. I told them all I wanted was for them to come and remove this product and my money back.
They refused.

This place completely dropped the ball in their customer service department! Take your money elsewhere to a place that's willing to give you ALL the info you need.

I called because I needed my kitchen sink fixed immediately because of a major leak. When I called to make an appointment, Michelle explained to me that it's $85 for the hour. She explained that my plumber would take care of the sink, that I could get my part if I'd like but that they would provide one for me. Me being a new homeowner, I was misguided that I would be charged top dollar for the part they provided. But she told me verbatim ""if there's anything else he can look at or fix real quick, use him. He's paid by the hour, not by job."" I said awesome and we made an appointment for the day BEFORE I officially moved in. Long story short, they screwed up my appointment time and tried to passive aggressively blame it on me. My appointment was between 11-1. The plumber showed up at 3:45 (due to an emergency job but no one from Prestige called me to reschedule), started at 4:00 and was done with my kitchen sink at 4:20. I politely asked if he could swap out my old facet in my bathroom with the new one I had already bought, thinking I had 40 minutes left with him, and he said ""I'm not able to do that. I can only go by the work order. You'd have to make another appointment. I was suppose to be off at 4:00, they told me to come here and do this real quick."" How unprofessional! When I called to rectify the situation, I was bluntly and rudely told by Michelle that he was right, he had to go by the work order but this wasn't what I was originally told. If I had known that this needed to be ""written in the work order"" I would have mentioned the facets.

I wasn't told all the information ahead of time. As a consumer I was blamed for the inconvenience of the plumber, instead of someone calling to reschedule for me. And I wasn't treated right afterwards either. Don't go to this place. They charged me up the ass for a 20 min rush job.

Do not hire this company if you want work that lasts. I had them repair a simple leak last summer. Less than one year later, that job is leaking (and has been for a while if the corrosion is any indication). I sent pictures and an email to the company to fix the problem. They refuse to do so. I think a plumbing job done by professionals should last longer than 1 year. And I think offering to fix the leaky plumbing would be the best way to keep a good reputation. Apparently, they do not care about their work or their reputation.

Love this plumber, Michelle and the Crew are fantastic!!
We are a Property Management company and have a home warranty company for all of our properties, and we still use Prestige Plumbing for all our plumbing issues. I made the mistake of letting the Home Warranty company send out a plumber for a Water Heater issue. Long story short, the home warranty plumber said I need a new water heater, quoted me $800. I called Prestige Plumbing for a second opinion they said the water heater is fine, it was the hose at the top of the tank that had started to split. They charged under $100 with the service fee top replace the hose. Now I only use Prestige Plumbing...
