Last month Prestige Plumbers allegedly did work on my neighbors water line. This month I called the Diamondhead Water due to so much water by the meter. They said it was not done correctly. They came out this month and again left a large hole on my lawn. They did this too the first time last month. I gave them a review and they will not let me rewrite the review. They also gave only 5 star reviews on their site. This was not the case last month when they had several negative reviews. They never clean up their mess. They didn't last month and the hole is bigger this month. If a business gets negative reviews they should be able to show them and improve their work. That is the reason for a negative review. I am a cancer patient and can't speak to well, for two days I have been trying to get help. PRESTIGE plumbing came out and fixed my problem immediately. He had no problem communicating by txt message. I would call these people first if you need help. Thomas did my repair and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Sid

The plumber Jay and his partner came in and found the problem that was not fixed with the first 2 guys ..because it was still leaking everywhere. Jay found the leak and took ownership of the fact that this was their fault it was not fixed. Jay states they will be back this evening and turned off the water to kitchen So it will not continue to ruin my flooring which is now buckling up. I'm satisfied that he will be back tonight with the parts to fix leak. I Will continue with this review after all is fixed. I texted Jay at 530 pm to find to find out time they would be here this evening. No response. I called at 6 pm. Jay the plumber answered was very polite and stated he would call me when he finished the job he was currently working on. . 7 pm I received a call stating that they can not come back to finish this job until tomorrow morning. Obviously prestige plumbing did not make time this morning as they stated to be back this evening and finish the job that started 2 weeks ago which is currently ruining my floor. Prestige plumbing very polite people but Not so dependable at this point. Tomorrow morning 830-930 I was told to expect them to be here and complete this job and fix the water leaking all over my kitchen floor. Will attach photos tomorrow with my last review.

Man came out replaced tower in one toilet and not sure what he did to the other. Both still ran and was told he would come back that afternoon never showed up. Told me the toilets were cheap and old and could not buy parts for them and needed to be replaced?? This is what I got for $321.00. I feel I was taken advantage of and do not an anyway recommend this service. Should have zero stars..
