Shawn truly deserves the title of ""Master Plumber!"" He single-handedly completed a complex installation of an under-counter auxiliary water heater to supply a sink and a dishwasher, designed and installed a custom diversion drainage system to avoid a flood in case that new water heater overheats and spews hot water, installed a waste disposal air switch, repaired and reinstalled a toilet, and removed and replaced a corroded toilet seat, all in under three hours. The quality of his work was impeccable. Shawn tested and re-tested the results of his installations at every stage, and left everything spotlessly clean. He was thoroughly professional, low-key, friendly, well-spoken, and well-groomed. His pricing was fair and accurately itemized. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. This was a refreshingly positive interaction in every way. Highly recommended!

No idea how these guys get 5 star ratings when they won't even return my call to request an appointment to fix my leaking shower. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling them twice in a week's period but still nada. Good grief, if they won't even return a call for new work, can you imagine how it will be if you have to call them back for warranty repair?

Our water heater passed away. It had led a long and useful life, but alas was no more (I used a lot more colorful words than alas while showering in cold water). I called Prestige Plumbing and left a message. Within 20 minutes, Shawn returned my call. When he received my address, he realized he was close by and inspected the deceased about 15 minutes later. He called me back and set up an appointment for a new heater the next day. Shawn was professional, personable, and pleasant. The cost of the repair was fair. I will not hesitate to use this company for future plumbing work.

We moved to Hawaii to open the first location for our business (CC Cookies & Cream. 609 Kailua Rd Ste. 103 Kailua, Next to COK). We needed to have some plumbing work done and received a number of proposals for the job. We decided to go with Prestige Plumbing. It wasn't the lowest bid but after speaking with other companies and speaking to Shawn (the owner of Prestige) it was very clear he was the company to go with. He wasn't trying to take advantage of us by adding little fees for doing unforeseen work. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was existing in the space and what would be needed. He also saved us a lot of headache and money in the end by accommodating our last minute changes with his busy schedule. This will be the company we use for all of our future locations and any residential plumbing matters!

Dude is down to earth and came through to fix our toilet from running. You know when the water sounds like a stream all day, and it's driving you crazy? Yea he saved us from that.

I just bought a house and had low pressure in the shower and sink along with other odd jobs that needed to be done. I called prestige and Shawn came out on Saturday and took care of everything. He was on time and texted me when he was on the way. Once he arrived he did a great job going through everything and now my water pressure is great. We even scheduled some other jobs. I would recommend him to anyone!

Had an emergency on Saturday night, broken pipe in the wall and house flooded. Called Shawn early Sunday for an emergency repair, he was on a job and arrived in about an hour or so later. During the time we were waiting we tried to clean up the water and could not understand how there could be so much water, well when Shawn and saw the problem he went and checked outside at the main shut off valve and it turns out that our main valve was also not good and allowing the water to continue flowing at a slow rate (now we know why every time we cleaned up the water in would just keep coming back). With Shawn being an honest guy this is what he told us, take care of the immediate problem now (broken pipe) because the main valve can wait. Than he explained that because it is a Sunday the rate is much higher and he can come back to do the valve during the weekday when rates are lower. I cannot emphasize how reasonable the cost was for the repair of the pipe in the wall on a Sunday, we will be using Prestige Plumbing again. By the way Shawn is the owner of the company.

Shawn Holdt is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and very easy to talk to. We were able to get in touch with him immediately and he came when he said he would and performed his work exactly as quoted. We built our home in 2013 as an owner / builder so had a lot of experience with the different construction trades. Most of them we wouldn't use again, but Shawn is definitely a keeper!

This guy is good to go. I highly recommend Shawn. He replaced a leaky pipe from my second story bathroom that was leaking through the dry wall in the kitchen ceiling. He was timely, efficient, competent and professional. I like that we have a good and reliable plumber in Kaneohe. Oh...and hey Shawn, sorry about the dog!
