Had water heater removed old/installed 80 gallon hybrid, cut out and remove existing solar panels to prep for full solar system install, reconfigured hot/cold water & connected to heater, new toilet install. Our toilet suddenly started leaking at the base and I assumed we needed a new O-ring. Getting a plumber to come to Ka'a'awa can be difficult and quite spendy. I phoned Prestige and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could have someone at our place in Ka'a'awa within 2-3 hours. Lance arrived on time, just 2 hours later, and confirmed we needed a new O-ring. Boom! It was fixed in no time, and he performed the service with a smile. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!

I'm a first-time customer. I found Prestige Plumbing very responsive and provided professional work at a competitive price. It was especially nice that Prestige promptly answered my phone call. I canceled my phone message requesting work at a competitive plumber. My 4 toilets were repaired during this one service call. One of the toilets was responsible for leaking 8K of water while I was away on the Mainland. Lance took the initiative to check my other 3 toilets and showed me that the internal hardware needed to be replaced due to deterioration. I sincerely appreciated his efficiency and workmanship.
