Shawn Holdt is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and very easy to talk to. We were able to get in touch with him immediately and he came when he said he would and performed his work exactly as quoted. We built our home in 2013 as an owner / builder so had a lot of experience with the different construction trades. Most of them we wouldn't use again, but Shawn is definitely a keeper!

Lance was very professional and took time to explain the work to be done before starting. He changed out the wax ring and water supply parts and everything was good to go! Prestige plumbing cost was reasonable and their work was excellent. They found the problem with my clogged kitchen sink line and unclogged the line, which another drain cleaner was unable to do. Great communication, and planning from Shawn. Even leading up to the job there were some delays due to the sourcing of the water heater, all handled perfectly. His guys are just as nice and professional as he is too. I had a seemingly simple job to run some gas lines and install an on-demand water heater but it required coordination as we have multiple people depending on the water. They were patient and respectful coordinating with our other residents, and still had the job completed in one day. Prices are lower than I would have expected for the level of professionalism and competence. I have worked with many different plumbing contractors locally and I would rank Shawn and his team right at the top. I will absolutely work with them again when I have the opportunity.

Shawn truly deserves the title of ""Master Plumber!"" He single-handedly completed a complex installation of an under-counter auxiliary water heater to supply a sink and a dishwasher, designed and installed a custom diversion drainage system to avoid a flood in case that new water heater overheats and spews hot water, installed a waste disposal air switch, repaired and reinstalled a toilet, and removed and replaced a corroded toilet seat, all in under three hours. The quality of his work was impeccable. Shawn tested and re-tested the results of his installations at every stage, and left everything spotlessly clean. He was thoroughly professional, low-key, friendly, well-spoken, and well-groomed. His pricing was fair and accurately itemized. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. This was a refreshingly positive interaction in every way. Highly recommended!

They installed a new water heater and replaced corroded waterline components with minimum disruption to our household during this quarantine period. No idea how these guys get 5 star ratings when they won't even return my call to request an appointment to fix my leaking shower. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling them twice in a week's period but still nada. Good grief, if they won't even return a call for new work, can you imagine how it will be if you have to call them back for warranty repair?
