Do not use this company for anything!!!!
They completed plum,bing and sprinkler roughing. Every single bathroom required us to rip out walls and tiles and to hire someone else to redo the roughing. They installed fewer sprinkler than the approved plans, self-certified the job and refuse to come back to fix their mistake.

please do yourself a favor and find somebody else for your plumbing and heating needs. This company overcharging for services and parts. The management is not keeping their promises. They allow themself to make mistakes and damages to your property and then they refuse to compensate you for that.

Based on services provided (the sewer line install) I can only say that this company is unreliable and with very poor customer service. They do not keep their promises, they don't respond to issues and mistakes that they did and they want you to pay for damages to your property that they did during the project.

***Do not use prestige plumbing. If i can give them no stars i would. They charge for everything, horrible customer service and very horrible workmanship. I paid $370 for them to come install a new faucet i purchased 3 months ago and same problem is happening again because they did not install the faucet correctly. I called and they said their work is not under warranty so they will charge to come Out and fix again which will prob be another $400+. They kept blaming the problem on the faucet not their terrible work. I understand if i ordered a defaulted faucet i would have to contact the manufacturer but for them to charge to come out again without taking accountability for their mess up is very bad customer service. I am very unhappy with them and do not want anyone experiencing what I am experiencing.

I used them once and as soon as they entered they discussed how big a job it was (and I am not sure it really was)- they did the repairs and it was quite expensive- they also told me they would call when they were on their way so I could come from work and never did - I know these things are a lot but this went above and beyond....I had to call them again about another issue- I was told they would call back by end of week- never happened- when I pursued them they kept saying theyd call back and did about 2 weeks later...i went with someone else half the price and better service
