Had an issue with a water heater leaking on the second floor of our house. I contacted Prestige after hours and had a response within minutes from their customer service. I informed her of the situation and we setup an appointment for the next day. To help expedite the appointment the dispatch inquired about what type of water heater we currently had and the gallon capacity. When Tim and TJ arrived, they quickly diagnosed that the water heater was no longer working and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price for the new unit, installation and removal of the old unit which was located in a tight spot in our utility room up front. I found this to be very helpful. You never want to be told during an install that ""we had to charge extra for..."" After moving our washing machine altering some of the pipes, installing a drain pan and line to the floor drain they completed the job in under 2 hours which was very impressive. The price of the new unit and installation was more than reasonable given our situation. They quickly removed the old unit and cleaned up perfectly. I recommend Prestige for anyone in the area.

DO NOT USE this company for Sump Pumps as another reviewer indicated. We had water starting to seep into our basement and they PREYED on the situation charging $2100 for a 1 hr job. Refused to give us cost breakout - 'custom pump' and back up probably worth $600 - $800 after investigation.
Refused to return phone calls to discuss when we had more fact.

Impossible to get in contact with. They don't answer the phone, return voice mail messages or reply to the contact attempts initiated on their website.

Not impressed. Felt as if they were more interested in replacing and selling me a new unit than actually trying to fix my current one. Do yourself a favor and get at least one more estimate. Even in an emergency, it's possible to make a second call and not be held captive

9/29/18 - I had a water heater that burst and called in the morning about 6am. They arrived about 2pm and within 2 minutes indicated I needed a new water heater. They then quoted me a price of $1800.00 for a 50 gallon unit. I was literally in shock! I feel like they had me in a bad spot given the time of day and need for hot water. I asked for some discount and they got it down to $1600.00. Still way too high but like I said I think they know the situation and believe they are taking advantage. I was expecting to pay about $1000.00 tops based on prevailing prices in the area!

Their prices are much higher than expected although there workmanship and professionalism were good. I'd shop around for better prices that's my only concern with them.

I hired them to fix a leaking toilet and one that ran occasionally. They finished their work in less than an hour with 2 plumbers and charged me over $600. To make matters worse, I found out that they did not fix the problem with the upstairs toilet and I ended up with a $460 water bill and a $380 sewer bill. Thanks a lot.

We had a problem with the shower in our guest bathroom and didn't realize it until the afternoon before our guest was to arrive. I called Prestige Plumbing and left a message. Within fifteen minutes, I heard from very friendly and professional Cristin. An appointment was made for the next morning. TJ and Tim arrived at the scheduled time and quickly made the repair. They were friendly and left the bathroom spotless. They charged what I believe to be an appropriate amount for the repair. Our guest bathroom was ready in plenty of time for our guest, and we couldn't be happier! Great service! Thank you, Prestige Plumbing!

They installed a water softener backwards and would not admit to it or fix it. We had to hire another plumber to flush out all of our pipes and install correctly. I'm amazed they can even stay in business. Really 0 stars
