We had a problem with the shower in our guest bathroom and didn't realize it until the afternoon before our guest was to arrive. I called Prestige Plumbing and left a message. Within fifteen minutes, I heard from very friendly and professional Cristin. An appointment was made for the next morning. TJ and Tim arrived at the scheduled time and quickly made the repair. They were friendly and left the bathroom spotless. They charged what I believe to be an appropriate amount for the repair. Our guest bathroom was ready in plenty of time for our guest, and we couldn't be happier! Great service! Thank you, Prestige Plumbing!

They installed a water softener backwards and would not admit to it or fix it. We had to hire another plumber to flush out all of our pipes and install correctly. I'm amazed they can even stay in business. Really 0 stars

i would like to say Zero stars, they totally missed the sump pump problem we called them out for and 2 days later the basement been flooded, and it flooded bad, they dont work weekends so my calls on Saturday Night and Sunday went un-asnwered. i finally get someone to answer the phone on Monday AM only to find out they have me set for Tuesday AM at 10 AM, my response"" that's unacceptable!! i need them here now, they didn't find the problem when they were here and now my basement has flooded"" no help, they came out Tuesday and advised i have 1 bad pump and 1 bad switch out of the 2 switches and 2 pumps i have in the pit, the good pump was installed in May of this year and cost 2278.00 and i come to find out they didn't install a new switch with that pump, i almost had a stroke right there, they advise a new pump and 2 new contact switches would be 1000.00 i said you're going to have to do better than that, you missed the problem and now i have all this mess to deal with and a deductible, they were supposed to do some research and get back to me where they offered a more powerful pump with the contact switches for 1500.00 they totally missed the whole issue and appeared to careless on the damage and inconvenience they have caused me, then try and take advantage of me with insane costs i found Plumber Bob to be an awesome solution installing the very same pump with 2 contact switches for 425.00 how about that a silver lining

This company is absolute garbage! Completely unethical and should NOT be in business. I spent thousands on a furnace and when service was needed, it took months to get them out. Always full of excuses why they can't come out. Jobs were never completed and they now claim, ""the owner told me to tell you we are no longer in the business of doing HVAC anymore!"" I still have the message and it blows my mind a company can exist as this one has. You have been warned. This company will scam you from beginning to end! Take you hard earned dollars somewhere else.

Had an appointment set on 8/1 with a window of 10 AM to 2 PM. The company called around 11 AM to tell me the first job revealed some major work and they needed to reschedule. No problem on my end and I completely understood the situation. We set the next appointment for a week later for an 8 AM to 12 PM window and I was told we'd be the first appointment of the day.

Fast forward to 8/8 and it's 11 AM with no one at my house and no calls from the company. I call and talk to Tim. He says something like I don't see the appointment on our board, let me look into it and call you back. I realize the company might have forgotten to mark my appointment on their schedule and again, no problem for me on my end with that.

At 3 PM, I call back and get voicemail. No one returns my call.

I call again on Thursday and get voicemail. No one returns my call.

I get on Yelp on Saturday to find new HVAC service and see others with similar experiences t mine.

This is disappointing because I've now wasted 10 days with this company AND they came highly recommended in a book of reputable businesses in the western suburbs.

Prestige plumbing fixed my problem ""BUT"" their charges for 45 minutes of work were ridiculous. A new bath tub drain plug and mixer valve were installed with approximately 45 minutes of labor time. $565!!! Yes, I was told the price ahead of time, but they saw my FOR SALE sign and took advantage of the pressure I was under to get the most out of me. After sounding this out with other members of our association's board, the consensus was that I was financially raped. I called the owner of Prestige and he said he would get back to me. He never did. I had to call him. Bottom line. Sorry-but that's the way we do business!

Took a week to actually get an appointment to fix my water heater. When they did make an apt they gave the window of 3-4pm. Had to call multiple times to see when they were coming. Every time we called it was an answering service. Waited over 4 hours for them to show up. No call no show! If I could give them zero stars I would. Be aware of this poor service it is not worth your time!

If I could say zero stars I would. DO NOT do business with this company. 1. First scheduled date they were a no show/no call. Their explanation after calling them 2 times and getting a call back 5 days later was that it was raining. Hmmm, they were coming to do furnace check up and refrigerator water line reconnection. Not sure what rain has to do with that?
2. They provide awful service when an issue occurs. When they finally came, a week after the initial scheduled service, to reconnect a water line to refrigerator, they sent an inept technician who could not complete the service and admitted he had NO EXPERIENCE with this service. However, he did manage to cause damage to a new 2 week old wood floor. I had to call three times on three days to be able to connect with them to discuss the damage. They didn't even call me back after 2 voicemails. They admitted on 3 occasions to causing the damage but then denied liability and will not pay for the $440 in damage they caused. Imagine a brand new wood floor that is damaged after only 2 weeks. Terrible service and integrity. STAY AWAY! Its not worth it if they cause any damage or if you need any service.

1 star for Lack of communication. We had a technician review of heating and A/C issues. The technician was on time, very informative, and pleasant. Long story, but we have a very uncommon system and some additional research needed to be done. To be fair, he knew of our system, but needed some technical questions answered. We had a very good experience until we asked for a written quote. We were told we would receive one, but never did. Called back twice and sent an email, still no response. We really wanted to use them, on top of being without air for 2 weeks this summer. Now we're back to square one getting quotes from new companies.
