I called at 7:40 AM on a Sunday, and Thaddeus was here almost immediately! We had a leak near our water heater, and he had arrived, assessed the problem, gotten the part and completed the repair by 9 AM. I think that must be some kind of record! He was very professional, efficient, and offered easy payment options. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you!

I had an emergency plumbing situation & they were able to get to my house immediately which means a lot because 8/10 times, contractors don't even show up for me. My faucet was poorly rigged up by a previous owner leaving me with no hot water in my kitchen sink & when I simply changed the cartridge, all hell broke loose. The entire faucet needed replaced & although I hated to get into cosmetic stipulations at 8pm, I wanted to make sure the faucet was as close in design as possible to the original. He went to Home Depot to get a new one & when he came back, I think he overheard me on the phone saying I didn't like the new one he got. So, without even mentioning it, he went BACK & got one that was identical. I was so sincerely taken aback by how nice & accommodating that was, especially because it was just a nit-picky woman thing. Will definitely be calling them for future endeavors.

Thaddeus came out to install some bathroom fixtures we had bought to replace some old fixtures that probably had not been replaced in 20 years.
