They send out a plumber who doesn't want to do anything and tries to blame your plumbing issue on something else-just so he can collect the service charge and not having to do anything. Well, I sure wasn't going to tolerate that and got the jerk plumber to do his job and he didn't want to do it at all.

I recently had a problem with a backup in a property I own and Ken Mullen performed the work to correct it. Due to a variety of challenges presented by getting to the actual root cause, due largely to the age of the property and the short-cuts taken in years past """"updating"""" the main drainage, the job did not go anywhere close to smoothly. I was more than a little upset about things BUT, after everything was completed, and I met with management to review the entire project, I want to report that I have never had a company demonstrate their commitment to quality and performance any more fully than the people at Ken Mullen. To err is human but to admit it, correct it and learn from it is as much as we can ask of one another. Thank you Ken Mullen for your commitment to excellence and putting action to words.

I used this place when I lived in DeLand and the plumber C tried to use every excuse in the book to avoid doing work, BUT to get paid for nothing. Do NOT use this place!!!
