There are not enough kind words to say about this business. Prestige Plumbing stepped in after a disaster with another company and did the best job. Great communication, excellent staff members, and excellent work. Finished the job on time and we're available to answer any and all questions. They were honest, fair, and really cared. If you are looking for a plumbing company, I cannot recommend enough. Even in the end, they came an fixed everything up for us and really went the extra mile!

My 5 star review is based on 5 services provided by Prestige Plumbing and Septic. Recently I and several neighbors experienced plumbing/septic tank issues. This is not surprising since our homes were built by and at the same time. I engaged them for a smoke test and camera to locate a drain leakage and evaluate the present condition of my home drain system. . They also pumped out my septic tank (a long delayed task) and installed a riser at my septic tank access point (and added 2 safety features to make it childproof). They detected the drain leak with the smoke test but Chris detected another possible cause for my odor problem. This could have saved me almost $1900. To our dismay this was not the case. They replaced my kitchen drain without damaging my kitchen and with my sink out of commission for only half a day. The camera scan showed my drain pipes to be old but not yet in need of replacement or trenchless repair (which I had talked myself into believing). The owner and staff showed themselves to be forthright and honest. They respond in a timely fashion, show up as promised but, if not exactly, will keep you abreast of their situation. Their competitive prices if offered orally are backed in writing. I do recommend paying by check since there is a credit card convenience charge. They were kind enough to amend the price to take that into account since they had not warned me and without me asking for this courtesy. But you are warned. Overall, a well run, full service, competitively priced, and honest plumbing company.

Outstanding service. They were always on time and the price for the drain field replacement was reasonable. I got 4 estimates and their price was right in the middle. However, Gio showed he understood septic systems better than the rest. They did an exceptional job cleaning the septic tank after the pump out. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Used them in a time if need and let me tell you they are probably one of the only company's in South Florida that still deliver excellence professionalism and fairness in pricing in all there work ...They came with a notice of cleaning the septic .They assisted in finding the septic tank cleaned it and figured out damage in a the drainage system .I can say we have a plumber team for life with them ..Gio and his team are way past a 5 star ...
