Prestige Plumbing is Number 1 in my book

On Monday I called about 6 plumbers, several did not answer their phones or if I left a message, they did not call me back, two said they could come and look for an estimate by Friday or Saturday, Jesse said he would be at my home in a few hours and he was. He took a look at my Job, a additional gas line for a new Dryer and gave options on how to complete the work and then gave me a quote that seemed very reasonable, I also asked him to add in a whole house water filter system. Again, the price was fair and reasonable. I agreed to have him do the work and he let me know that he could get his crew to start in two days. Two days later he called before he came but arrived around 9:00 after picking up parts and started the work (3 men). They worked in that hot attic and did not complain and did additional work not put into the estimate to make the job more efficient and safe. They were about doing a first-class job on time and on budget. Because of a few fitting issues the work was not complete in a day but they were back at it the next morning and finished in a good timeframe. The work looked excellent!!! They cleaned up after themselves and made everything perfect along with strong workmanship warranty

My bottom line is Friendly, Fast, Affordable
As I own 15 Rental homes, and have built and remodeled several other homes I know a little bit about the work they did and the costs involved. Prestige will be my first call for any plumbing job from now on.

Came on date that was scheduled, was prompt and did not exceed quoted cost. We need to re-route our water softener pipe which I physically could not do. Raul quickly determined parts needed, ordered them and came over and knocked out the work quickly.

If I could give these people a zero or negative star rating I would!! Jesus quotes me a price for replacing a water heater. He picked up the wrong water heater from Lowe's and then charged ME $50 extra to go back and get the correct one! This was not my fault he can't read an invoice! He way over charged me for parts! He was extremely expensive for what needed to be done! When I received the bill it was double what he quoted me! I couldn't believe the prices he was charging me for the work that needed to be done. I am not in AZ full time and he took advantage of that. I was trying to work with him on what he was charging me and he wouldn't! Horrible service, he's a crook, and price gouger!! Do not use this plumber, there are plenty more out there!!!

Got a referral to this plumbing company by a friend. I'm so impressed by how fast they took care of our issue. They took care of us same day and their price was very fair. The technician that came out was really friendly and informative. I vouch for them. They're awesome!
