Got a very enthusiastic referral for this business. We were satisfied with the work they did for appliance installation. It seemed crazy expensive but the dishwasher and fridge was in when the delivery service couldn't manage it. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Tub won't drain and the rooter guy says it isn't clogged. Called Prestige and they came out immediately which was great on a Saturday afternoon. They said it was the drain mechanism and agreed to come back Monday. No call no show Monday & couldn't be bothered to pick up when I called. Reached them Tuesday and they insisted o run home immediately to put the part outside so they could find a replacement. I don't hear anything till I called Thursday. They said the part was too old & they'd need to go into to wall. Agreed to 2:00 Friday. I'd gotten scheduled for a 2:00 meeting and didn't want to make them wait. I called and learned a job in North Phoenix was running long. No call no show no answering my phone calls to find out a status. At 930 at night get a call with no offered explanation nor apology. They could not have cared less. Got a lame offer to come Saturday. I explained I was frustrated that I had prepaid for service AND come home from work early twice in one week to get 100% blown off. If you want someone to actually show up at times they agreed to, you will want to find another plumber. If you like to be jerked around this is your place!

Called these guys on a Friday evening when my entire house backed up. After running my 100' snake and not clearing the pipes I called around seeing if I could get anyone out that day. These guys brought a snake so large it wouldn't fit through the door! After they got the machine positioned and the clog cleared they made sure it was cleared with extensive testing.

I CALLED 8 COMPANIES AND ONLY TWO CALLED BACK.
These guys WILL do what they say they are going to do l, even if it is a late night on a weekend they will be there and happy to fix your plumbing!

Prestige Plumbing is Number 1 in my book

On Monday I called about 6 plumbers, several did not answer their phones or if I left a message, they did not call me back, two said they could come and look for an estimate by Friday or Saturday, Jesse said he would be at my home in a few hours and he was. He took a look at my Job, a additional gas line for a new Dryer and gave options on how to complete the work and then gave me a quote that seemed very reasonable, I also asked him to add in a whole house water filter system. Again, the price was fair and reasonable. I agreed to have him do the work and he let me know that he could get his crew to start in two days. Two days later he called before he came but arrived around 9:00 after picking up parts and started the work (3 men). They worked in that hot attic and did not complain and did additional work not put into the estimate to make the job more efficient and safe. They were about doing a first-class job on time and on budget. Because of a few fitting issues the work was not complete in a day but they were back at it the next morning and finished in a good timeframe. The work looked excellent!!! They cleaned up after themselves and made everything perfect along with strong workmanship warranty

My bottom line is Friendly, Fast, Affordable
As I own 15 Rental homes, and have built and remodeled several other homes I know a little bit about the work they did and the costs involved. Prestige will be my first call for any plumbing job from now on.
