I went from a dual basin undermount kitchen sink to a single drop-in. The only thing I was having problems with was the p-trap....I could not find the right parts. I spoke with Andrew and sent him a picture of my problem. He came out the next day and had my sink up and running in less than an hour. He also gave me his hourly rate the day before so there wouldn't be any surprises. He also reminded me if I had punched out the plug on the new garbage disposal that I installed (which I did not, thanks again, Andrew) before I ran the dishwasher. I would for sure call back Prestige Plumbing for any problems in the future.

Andrew was super responsive. We had a funky smell coming out of our crawl space and gave Prestige Pluming a call on a Sunday. He listened to what we were describing and said he would be over with in the hour to come check it out. We were surprised he arrived in less then 25 minutes! He did a great job checking out the crawl space and found that a Y joint had cracked and was leaking sink water. he was quick to swap in a new joint. In all from phone call to problem fixed was less then 1.5 hours! We are very pleased with his work and professionalism. 10/10 will recommend For any plumbing work!

Awesome service!! We ended 2020 of course with our toilets backing up into the tub! Yuck! Called Andrew and he was able to make it the very next morning.
