Robert was so great to work with and I'll be calling him for anything related to heating and plumbing in the future. We first met Robert when our Home Warranty Company sent him out to take a look at our AC Unit last summer. When he made a recommendation that we needed a new unite, the Home Warranty company wanted a second opinion so shifted us to a different company which was an absolute nightmare to work with.

Come this summer, we turn on our brand new AC unit and it's not working, so the first thing we did was call Robert who we originally trusted with the problem and had him come back out on our own dime. He was at our house the next day.

I'm sure glad we called him, because he was honest, professional and gave us the answers we needed to make sure we weren't getting the run around. He spent some time looking at the unit and was honest and said he didn't want to waste our money and that the other company messed up and put in the wrong AC unit. He was nice enough to write down all of the issues so we have proof that other company didn't do the job as expected. He really went out of his way to help us get the facts and for that, I'm really grateful.

Okay. I've gotta tell you, this was not the first plumbing & heating company we dealt with in the past month after moving into our new home. But, it's the only H&P company we're going to use from now on.

We had the home inspection, of course, during escrow. The heating was graded as ""functional"" but needing maintenance. Ok. When we moved in and had a guest downstairs, this heater seemed to operate intermittently. In fact, a lot of heat seemed to leak out into the stairwell. We had two local companies come to look at the heater and both said it was operational. No big issues.

The problems continued, so we called Prestige and Robert came out to look the next day. Yow! He pulled off the cover and immediately pointed out several highly visible cracks in the frame of the heater. Any or all of these cracks was likely to be leaking carbon monoxide when we tried to operate the heater. He was surprised that none of the previous repairmen had noticed this - and so were we. Bottom line, the leaks could have had fatal consequences for our guest had the heater been reliably pumping into the room!

Thank you, Robert, for coming to take care of the problem so quickly, for pointing out the danger and the solution, and for being honest and accurate in assessing the necessary repairs! You're literally a lifesaver!

Excellent experience!

My sink had a massive clog. We tried everything from plungers, liquid plumber, snakes, etc and nothing worked. I called Prestige Plumbing & Heating and Robert showed up to save the day! Our clog turned out to be especially complicated (due to old pipes) but Robert was an absolute pro and he fixed the problem in no time! See below for other highlights.
