Matt M.Let's start with how our heat wasn't broken until he ""troubleshot"" and fried the board. A part had to be ordered, and came in, but the tech missed the appt, leaving us hanging for hours waiting on his call, and was willing to still come for the after hours rate of $140+/hr! It burns me that basically each visit was charged an hour travel time at $88 per hr, and I felt the guy was milking the time, found him browsing on his phone, could hear personal phone conversations, and just how long should it take to write up the ""paperwork""? Look elsewhere is my recommendation!
