We hired Giuseppe to do work on our home and two weeks later, the repair failed. When my husband called to ask him to come look and see why the same issue was going on, Giuseppe started yelling at my husband and refused to stand by his work. I do not recommend this company at all and I believe his positive reviews are from friends and family members. I've never encountered a business owner who takes hundreds of dollars in payment for a job he doesn't stand by and then takes it as a personal insult when you tell him there's a problem.

Quality of the work seems great. At $120/hour, it should be. I would also suggest they find a supplier which carries more than 2 kitchen faucets because that's a pretty tight inventory (especially when each one is over $300.00).

I had Giuseppe and his crew here to fix my pool pump which wasn't working. After they were done the pump worked but within a week the pool pump stopped working again. I called Giuseppe and he recommended me to replace the pump. Since he pulled that recommendation out of nowhere I had my pool guy check the pump before spending $500 on a new pump and turns out Giuseppe's guys didn't screw on the impeller screw tighten enough. I then called Guiseppe back and he told me that he didn't like the way I was talking to him and that I should go find another plumber. So to sum this whole situation up. I paid $250 for nothing and got yelled at by the plumber. This was the worst contractor experience I have had in my life

Buyer Beware! I recently contracted this company out to clear a clogged sewage line at my home...just 8 business days ago I paid them $220 only to have the same problem happen again. I called them and they said maybe it was a problem with my home's plumbing system, I called the City of Sarasota who came out and assessed my sewage lines, the City said it was not due to my property but due to it not being cleared out properly on behalf of the company. I told Prestia Plumbing this and they refused to honor their work, offering me another visit (within less than 10 days upon """"completion of the job"""") at the cost of $120. I told them I felt they should honor their work and they were rude and unwilling to help. Now I have to start at square one with another company.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Prestia Plumbing was recommended to assist in our kitchen remodeling. We needed both the new sink installed and the old gas range disengaged and then the new range hooked up to the gas. While the sink was easy, the range was challenging due to the timing. Giuseppe arranged to come by before the delivery of the new stove and then after delivery. With his help we were not left without a stove. The service was timely, the company was knowledgeable and priced well. Thanks Prestia. Wendy & Michael

I have a couple of rental houses (as well as my own) and every time I've had to call them, they have been very PROMPT (even on holidays) as well as surprisingly very reasonably priced. The plumbers are very knowledgeable and always fix the problem(s) in a timely manner. Great communications even with the added complications of having to deal with my renters and also with me. I recommend Prestia to everyone.
